Terrible customer service, i had to pay extra for two beds!!

The A/C was fine, but it shutdown at intervals. I am not sure whether that was a mechical issue. However, with minutrs of calling the front desk, the powrt was restored to the A/C--this occurred on 2 occasions during my stay. I also noticed the same with elevator, and when the front desk attendant was notified the power to the elevator was restored. I was surprised that guest had to pay for ice, which was priced very high--$2.00 for a pitcher

I requested room cleaning the made the bed. Left trash on the dresser. The only pour something in the toilet no real cleaning. The front staff not very help and language issues. There were plenty nearby shop. No car to park

Good security with nice Parking space, the hotel is located some minuyes from the shooping Malls, subway station, Balboa Avenue, Cinta Costera, Old city and many more. The bad part was cockroaches, AC with mold, Staff in charge of cleaning the pool was arrogant and demanding we had to get out of the area, althow we explain our intention was to only take pictures.

Cumplió lo justo y necesario, aunque no contaba con el control del aire acondicionado y el control de la tv estaba dañado. Una habitación libre de plagas, era lo que más preocupaba al elegir un hospedaje.

Hotel is in excellent proximity to Santo Tomas Hospital & several supermarkets. Not much for dining options close to the hotel, but the small restaurant, in the hotel was acceptable, for a short stay.

The pool did not ipen until 10:00 AM

En relación precio-calidad está aceptable solo que el cuarto estaba sucio y con un olor un poco desagradable
