Very comfortable room with high end amenities. The lobby level includes two well-appointed, private (guests only) library rooms, one large with several couch and chair groupings and one smaller, for relaxing, waiting, etc.

Our short stay was perfect. It is a beautiful property with excellent service.

We had a wonderful one-night stay. Staff was very friendly and responsive to all of our needs. Location just off the Square was ideal. Valet parking kept our car and belongings safe in their garage and was included in the price.

We had to cancel our one night stay, 2 days before our arrival, due to a suicide attempt by our son. We flew home urgently. Although the cancellation policy says no refund we, appealed to the humanity of Hotels.com and Rosewood, offering to provide medical records. We were fully denied however.

Could t have been better.

The bathroom/ shower was definitely not worthy of a 5 star rating. No overhead shower, only a wand which was old and outdated with bad water pressure.

Fab hotel. Terrible Hotels.com experience. I wanted to extend my stay but hotels.com website said I couldn’t change my reservation that I’d forfeit what I paid. So I booked the extra day with Expedia.

The decor and layout of the room was lovely. Very comfortable bed and chairs. Loved the fireplace.

The hotel and rooms are beautiful. The hotel is right by the Santa Fe plaza

The area around the hotel is under construction. The hotel appears to be undergoing renovation although we did not see and ongoing repairs. You see patched up unpainted walls and areas in need of maintenance. Hotel appeared to be under staffed and more focused on a weekend which restricted our access to the bar and dining facilities. The hotel features architecture characteristic of the South West yet is able to provide an unusually luxurious experience. Our room even featured an humidifier, very useful in this high elevation city. Housekeeping was attentive to the smallest of details. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Great staff. Hotel treated us very well. Hotel bar and restaraunt service was very slow; seemed to be short on help for the two nights we stayed. But again, friendly, kind, and helpful staff!

Nice property. No pool or spa. Rooms are first rate. Showers could use a face lift- no rain shower etc. Some of the front desk staff probably shouldn’t be there. A couple never smiled and every issue was only met with “I’m so sorry”- then a brush off-never a solution. Overall, the staff was good and issues resolved when escalated to management.
