Could use a little updating but I would stay there again.Staff was great and beds were comfortable.

We had a reservation thru Hotels.com for over a month. When we tried to check in to the hotel at 9 pm with two small children, we were told they couldn't check us in. The clerk could see our reservation but said it was not complete and that we would have to pay for another room if we wanted to stay. She was very rude.

We stayed at this hotel as it was easy walking distance to Ball Arena (around 15-20min). It was super clean and the rooms were VERY comfortable. The room had a ceiling fan which was awesome. Check in/out is easy and there is free parking (most spots covered). The main doors are locked after 10pm so no random people are welcome in, only guests. The breakfast was good and everything is pretty spacious. Highly recommend!!

The employees are very friendly and responsive. Especially, I would like to express my sincere gratitue for Marc Garcia who help me to print out my presentation materials.

One minor complaint. I had to ask at the front desk how to adjust the thermostat and even then the room never got down to the desired temperature!

I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn. The customer service was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety and was well-prepared. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was amazing! The staff were very friendly and professional and the pool and hot tub were well maintained. Defiantly staying here on my next trip to Denver.

Check-in was a little wonky and parking was pretty limited.

Nice hotel walkable to restaurants

Lots of vagrants in the area. No room service 2 of 3 days stay. Only plus was breakfast.
