I've stayed at this hotel several times, mainly because of its very central location. It is ok, but fairly basic.

Clean room, comfy bed, friendly staff, great location. When we were there, some hotel staff all over Oslo were striking. So we didn’t get cleaning, new towels, etc. (not hotel’s fault) The few staff in reception was very friendly and helpful. And despite city wide strike we had no issues and our room was clean and we could check in early Also perfect location if you’re exploring Oslo with just a few minutes walk from Nationaltheatre station (which you can get to/from airport).

Good Breakfast, excellent location

Would not recommend. Staff extremely room. Very basic room. Cracked toilet, shower floods the room. No shower mat provided. No cleaning allowed during our stay and breakfast was basic with no hot options and no compensation offered, staff did not care. Only good thing for this hotel is location. However I would never return nor recommend this hotel. Plenty better options in the area.

Great place. Clean. Helpful friendly staff. Breakfast suffered a lot from the strike. Would have liked more temperature control in the room. Good WiFi. Great location. Impossible parking garage.

Lovely hotel, comfy beds and great location

Unfortunately had a stay that coincided with a strike so no amenities at all and no room cleaning with limited buffet. Also had been waiting on delayed luggage to be delivered by airline but when it was delivered, we had not been advised by staff as had been requested. Breakfast buffet was also limited due to strike. On the plus side, great location, comfortable bed and room, the limited buffet was very good for what they had and staff were very courteous.

Great hotel in great location. At the time I stayed a hotel strike was on which limited breakfast options but otherwise ok.

Super breakfast!

My stay at the Scandic Victoria was great, it fit my needs for my 2 night stay. From its great location to the staff, my experience at the hotel was amazing. The hotel is on the older side and the gym is on the smaller side. Additionally, you need to tap your card on the door scanner of your room in order to lock it otherwise it won’t lock. Still, I’d very much recommend this hotel to someone if they were planning on staying in Oslo.
