I had a very disappointing check-in experience. The room was unbearably hot due to faulty air conditioning, and when I reported this to reception I was told—on two separate occasions—that there was only one maintenance person for 500 rooms. The shorter male receptionist (French, judging by his accent) showed little sympathy, offered no apology for the state of the room, and even seemed to find the situation amusing. Some customer service training is clearly needed. The only staff member who showed genuine concern was a lady named Sarah, who was helpful. The air conditioning once fixed was still inadequate so the blackout curtains had to be kept drawn which wasn’t ideal considering I’d paid extra for a sea view. In addition to the air conditioning issue, the room itself was dingy, poorly maintained and not up to the standard expected of a 4-star hotel. Furnishings were inconsistent, some rooms had lamps and ceiling fans while others didn’t. There was no kettle in the room either which is unlike any 4 star hotel which I’ve stayed in. Even though the hotel has a policy of sun beds not being reserved, no one seems to follow it which means you’ll struggle to find a bed if you leave getting to the pool until later in the day. The other slight irritations with this hotel were the limited music play list (at breakfast and dinner the best of Whitney Houston blared out) . On a positive note, the food was of good quality, the restaurant staff were friendly.

Very impressed with this hotel, especially the buffet room and bedrooms!

Pretty bad stay, from rude staff on check in to extremely rude staff in check out. No water in the room, food was very basic. Room wasn’t ready on time, definitely not worth anywhere near the €500 per night we paid.

The hotel had some positives, like good food and excellent entertainment staff who made the stay enjoyable. However, the room cleanliness was disappointing—no cleaning service, towels weren’t replaced, and there was no tea or coffee provided. These basics should have been taken care of. If they improve housekeeping, it could be a much better experience.

Nice hotel with lovely rooms with views over the pool and sea with friendly staff. The beds by the pool very busy and to close together. Overall nice place

Brilliant location & views from our rooms were gorgeous. We asked for & were allocated rooms near to one another as we were travelling with my mother in law.

Management of pool are was very good and felt very safe with different activities for the children throughout the day. Good choice of food and drinks sometimes food was left under the heat lamps too long .There were not enough sunbeds for number of guest so had to get up before 8am to get one.

This hotel is barely a 4 star. Its a lilttle run down due to its waterfront location. Staff are ok- waiting or just not getting things is normal here- can't complain about everything it just puts a damper. Website was very misleading- below expectations. Nice promenade along waterfront, had a great meal at Sirena.

Great stay at a great hotel! From check in the service was excellent!! Room was large and clean with large balcony to sit on and play cards. Pool area was clean. We opted for the 1/2 board as we are not big drinkers. I found drink prices to be reasonable. Food at the Buffet was very good!! Not 5tar dining but probably best buffet outside of Vegas that I have had. Infinity pool deck was a great place to watch the sun set and watch the surfers/people watch. Only 2 downsides… 1) no on-site parking. You have to find it on the street or in a local garage 2) sandy beach is not directly behind the hotel, however it is a short walk away. We are definitely going to stay here again soon! Thanks for the great visit!!?

Very limited parking at hotel. Room very small, no coffee/tea maker. Not value for money. Hotel a bit tired.

At the check-in was everything very nice and they welcome us very nicely because of privilege status. They give us a warm welcome and the staff was very nice. I get completely disappointed when we get into the room. While very clean, VERY small. But what totally disappointed me was that terrace that was supposed to be ‘privilege’. Turns out you can't have your curtains open because the people walking outside on that terrace can see in. So if you're thinking about this hotel, my personal take is that the privilege floor is not privileged at all; on the contrary, I would have loved to be on a different floor. Everything else like the staff, the food and the shows was great! I will come back but not to that floor! 😅

Excellent property, would definitely return again

Property in need of some modernisation. My room was small for 3 adults and the aircon was insufficient. The room however was kept clean and fresh towels delivers daily if needed. The staff were amazing and the hotel kept clean inside and out. Ample choice for breakfast (I booked b&b) all fresh. Enjoyed my stay

The hotel location was great, near the nice beach and all the nice restaurants and shops, The staff were very welcoming and nice. Dislikes: Hotel had small cockroaches in the room, make sure you close luggage or bags specifically for your dedicated kids skin, however i have heard most of hotels have cockroaches, so its not this hotel only.

Stayed at the hotel for 6 days for my birthday.booked the privilege room, which included the a la carte dining and privilege lounge and terrace. Fabulous service and facilties and I would reccommend.Will return to this hotel.

An amazing stay , 2nd time back and it’s the only place I want to stay !. Super clean , good food and wicked entertainment . Everyone so helpful and friendly .
