Fantastic location, close to the beach and shops/restaurants but private and quiet. Had a large, heated pool, which we made very good use of. Highly recommend.

Gerhart and staff were absolutely fantastic. Friendly and helpful. I accidently lefy my mobile phone in our studio apartment upon check out. Didn't realise it until 90 mins drive towards home. Just one phone call to the office and it was on it's way via Auspost. Thankyou to all involved. Palm Cove and North of ,is Paradise.The scenery is breathtaking and the Sanctuary Palm Cove accomodation was very pleasing. We'll be back.

If you are a family with young children this is a perfect place to stay, but if you are looking for peace and quiet you will need to stay elsewhere. While the resort staff are unable to discipline the children of guests, the fact that the children in the apartment above us screamed and cried from 6am until late at night every day made it very difficult for us to relax. We thought we had booked the one-bedroom retreat with spa, but when we arrived at the venue we were given a different apartment.

The property was clean, lots of space and the private pool was a hit with the children

We were in the area and asked to view the room a few days earlier nothing was too much trouble We changed our booking as we found there were more rooms in the apartment and at minimal cost 4 stayed there Brilliant kitchen appliances and pool area We dropped off groceries early the am of arrival the champagne and wine was put in the fridge for our arrival the staff were brilliant

Lovely apartment and beautiful grounds. Close to everything but quiet and private.

Beautiful apartments tucked away just off the Esplanade, easy walk to shops and restaurants and easy 5min drive to Coles for supplies. Rooms were perfectly suited for 4 adults and 2 children family vacation. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Grounds were lovely and the pool was really great for the kids! Would definitely recommend!

This place was absolutely tremendous. The accommodations were fantastic, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about what to do and when, and the grounds themselves were beautiful. The wildlife around, being close to the beach etc. As we stated to the host, we will definitely be back.

Plenty of space and privacy

The Sanctuary is exactly that - a beautiful, calm and comfortable stay in paradise. Picturesque setting by the sea, comfortable, clean and spacious apartment and clean, high end facilities in and outside the apartment. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy a few days of peace and tranquility in a gorgeous setting.

Nice, big apartment. Bed linen and bath towels past their time. No towels and linen change for 6 days. Long walks to everywhere. No coffee capsules provided, as advertised. Check out strictly at 10.am. Maintenance being carried out, with generators, pruning and pool closures for cleaning while guests are in residence.

Amazing private bungalow with living area - full Kitchen, comfortable bed Private - local palms and bushes louvered windows all around - rise with the bird sounds & just outside studio was a 25 meter pool ( not crowded ( you could swim laps!!) and 10 step's away Palm cove esplanade with various cozy small eateries great food and reasonable prices - gluten free punk in lasagne - at surf club a 10 looking out at the quiet and scenic ocean

Beautiful and peaceful property. Built as apartment living which is a plus! Location is great. I recommend this place
