Very convenient to where we wanted to go

Rooms did not get tidied up during our stay at all. Floor felt like it hadn’t been clean in a while. Sheets had stains and cigarette holes in them. And bugs in bathroom by bathtub

The room was clean and staff was friendly. Area around the property felt unsafe and interesting individuals who were not respectful of others.

This one was better than the last 2 we stayed at, room was comfortable

Cleaner

Parking was tight. Would've liked some room service each day during stay. Would like breakfast to last longer. Not all lower floor rooms wheelchair accessible.

Bugs

Hotels.com got my reservation wrong, tried to cancel around 2pm chat didn’t get it right! Had me book at another time and date for which I didn’t want ! Super 8 was a joke, nasty people everywhere hanging on balconies etc. Continued to charge my card and I didn’t sleep there !

Property was nice and clean pool. Floors do need to be mopped & tubs cleaned properly.

Clean and i felt safe

The property was dirty and run down. NOT like the pictures. There were people just hanging around out in the parking lot. The room was dirty with sand still on the floor, roaches and bugs in the bathroom and smelled of smoke. Spoke to the clerk and she did not offer another room (they were in the same condition?). She redunded my deposit I had paid in cash and said since I booked wirh Expedia they would refund my money. Upon speaking with Expedia they said the hotel had to okay the refund. That was crazy. Terrible condition and NOT up to the description found on Expedia.

The only positive thing about my stay here is that the beds were very comfortable. I'm pretty sure it had been a long time since the floors had been cleaned in my room, and I'm 100% positive the toilet had not been cleaned since the last person was there. The place just had this strong chemical smell. That and the mattresses stacked by the parking lot made me very nervous about bugs.
