The staff was not enthusiastic in supporting guests, the room smelled bad and the swimming pool was very dirty with dead insects in the pool. Couldn't stay and had to leave early without getting a refund. The food was terrible. In short, I will never come back!

The staff is very friendly, enthusiastic, and quick to support. The room is clean, the equipment in the room is a bit old, but still works well. The TV only has cable TV. The space is close to nature, with lots of trees. The infinity pool and surrounding scenery are the highlights of the resort that you must visit.

The staff is enthusiastic and cheerful. The swimming pool is spacious and clean. This is a comfortable and enjoyable vacation experience for my family. Thank you to all the staff of Victoria Resort.

everything is ok... i really like the hotel... the view is very beautiful. the hotel here is like staying at home... comfortable. beautiful view. from the staff to the security guard are all very enthusiastic, happy and friendly. the breakfast buffet is also ok. i will come back next summer 🥰🥰🥰

Second time staying at the resort; still very happy; 2 swimming pools are always clean and carefully looked after when guests are swimming; rooms are clean, although there are many trees and mosquitoes, but the rooms always have essential oils in the room so it is comfortable; staff are always enthusiastic and polite everywhere

The entrance to both the resort and the beach is quite steep, from the reception area to the room, swimming pool, and the beach is quite far, you have to climb up a steep slope, not suitable for families with young children and the elderly, the room equipment is a bit old, the bathroom floor is yellow and looks dirty, the food is okay!

There is a good night story, attentive staff, suitable for newlyweds, small walking area, but lots of trees, 2 large swimming pools and quiet beach, will definitely come back

Had an awesome 3D2N stay at the resort with my family! The service was fantastic, the facilities were great, and the staff was super friendly. The rooms were really comfortable, making it such a relaxing experience. Loved the little touch of having cakes served every evening—so nice! Highly recommend for a getaway!

I came here with 3 others family. Everything is perfect, but the resort to much mostly especially outside of the room 42 & 43. I will be back again but will note with check in staff do not book the room 42 or 43.

-Ưu điểm: khuôn viên xanh đẹp, hồ bơi sạch đẹp, phòng rộng và sạch sẽ, có lời khen cho sự chuyên nghiệp và rất hỗ trợ của hầu hết các nhân viên ở resort (ngoại trừ nhân viên nhà hàng), nhất là các anh bảo vệ rất nhiệt tình và nhân viên housekeeping rất chu đáo. -Nhược điểm: buffet sáng chưa đa dạng so với đẳng cấp 4 sao của resort, riêng cá nhân tôi nhận thấy sau khi trải nghiệm 4n3d tại đây thì nhân viên nhà hàng có vài vấn đề như sau: họ có vẻ nhiệt tình với khách tây hơn là khách Việt, không niềm nở lắm với khách Việt, fill đồ ăn rất chậm trong khi vẫn chưa hết giờ dùng buffet sáng, dọn bàn chậm, nói tóm lại là tôi thấy họ chưa thật sự chuyên nghiệp, vì tôi đã từng ở rất nhiều resort tại khu vực mũi né nên tôi có sự so sánh và nhận thấy rằng nhân viên tại nhà hàng ở Victoria thật sự cần điều chỉnh lại thái độ phục vụ và sự chuyên nghiệp khi phục vụ khách hàng. =>Nếu có thể khắc phục được các nhược điểm trên thì tôi chắc chắn sẽ dành điểm 10 cho Victoria và gia đình tôi sẽ quay lại trong các dịp du lịch sắp tới.
