It is conveniently situated with good acces by bus or metro mare with some excellent restaurants a few meters away. The room was large with nice space but needs an upgrade for bathroom facilities. Also the resto service was not always available

First line, right on a beach. Nice view from a breakfast room/restaurant. Own parking makes a big difference.

Good experience at this hotel I’d recommend for someone else

Horrible horrible customer service. Hotel Du Soleil did not want to honour my reservation for a double room with balcony with sea view. The lady at reception argued that my reservation did not include the balcony with sea view, even though I showed her an email that clearly stated that it included it. She wanted me to pay another 20€ per night in addition to my prepaid amount if I wanted an “upgrade”. It was rediculous. I had to call hotels.com who were quick to offer to cover the 20€ per night additional fee so that I could get the room I had booked. I couldn’t believe how rude the front desk lady was, how unhelpful she was ans how horrible the cudtomer service was. I would never stay here again. Also not beds are hard as rock, carpets are really old and faded, hotel really needs updating. I’m surprised it’s considered 4-stars. Pool was right on the main street, no comfort when cars are driving by all the time. Stay somewhere else. Trust me.

Great little hotel by the beach would stay there again

There were three of us. I thought we had booked an apartment but it turned out to be an en suite room with a double and single bed. A bit cramped for three of us but we managed for a week. The room was cleaned every day and staff great. The pool is quite small and by the main road. Also little space for sun lounges. Overall a decent hotel.

Great location right in front of the Beach Boulevard, walk, and Surfside amenities. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops on the street side. One slight glitch we had was difficulty accessing the Wi-Fi in the first couple days, until the Staff finally worked out the Kinks. The staff at this hotel were Beyond excellent. The little pool in front was very usable and not cold. Great views from the rooftop breakfast room. There seem to be plenty of parking

Great hotel very close to beach just across the road with private car park and pool

Great hotel at the beach. Really good breakfast included with our room choice. Accomodating staff. Right outside the front door are many restaurants to choose from. Shopping all along the main street. There are some historic sites in the town center. We stopped at a nice bar called Hobos for drinks.

Hotel service great - rooms - beds were two very small singles- room described as a suite ! shower was very small - beds were not comfortable and too small - no English speaking TV channels that worked - cable channels never worked correctly. Breakfast was great. Bar area great.

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days, the day overall was ok, but the room was a bit small. The waiting staff in the restaurant are very nice. I especially liked Alessandro, he speaks good English and was very friendly. Now the reception staff I can't say the same. In one occasion on of the receptionists started to raise her voice at me, just because I questioned the "cleaning" fee for the beach towels. They say beach towels are free, but they actually charge £4 to clean them. Other than that they are not too bad, but would say it's a great place. Next time I would go somewhere else.

Great hotel,some bed-rooms are on the small side

Our stay was uneventful . The hotel is ment to be 4 star i have no idea what gives it the rating as it is easly below 3 star

Overall it is a really great hotel. The staff were very helpful and let me work on my Italian. The breakfast was wonderful and the views were spectacular. Our only problem was the beds were very hard. They did offer us some pads but I slept on 4 pillows. A little like the princess and the pea.
