Parking was difficult for larger vehicles. Room was clean

The one only good thing was the breakfast was half decent! This is a very grungy motel. Our bathtub was black and dirty. The rooms were very dated and dirty. They seem to have redone the lobby but that’s about it. One MAJOR concern, my daughter and I were given a room with one bed instead of two. This was wrong but oh well, I didn’t want to complain. Ten minutes after arriving to our room, my daughter was in the shower and I was on the bed when a man walks in with keys to our room. He was apologetic but said this was his room that the front desk gave him. That is a majorly scary thing for a woman with a young child. When I went to the front desk to tell staff what happened, there was no apology and they didn’t seem to think it was as serious as it was. I would never stay here again.

The room was not tidied during my stay. There was hair from a previous guest in the bathtub. There was no hair conditioner provided, only shampoo.

We checked in late but the desk clerk was very courteous and helpful only thing is we got a room on the second floor and being elders there was no elevator so we had walk up steps with our luggage could install an elevator

Although property was clean and well maintained. I am not happy with Breakfast they served. My family and I came down at 9am for breakfast, and there were no eggs, on asking staff told me that it is finished. This is not acceptable if the timing for Breakfast is 6 to 10 am. They should serve food same throughout.

Breakfast was ok compared to others, others had whole breakfast ie eggs, bacon or sausages , hash browns. Theirs was a cold breakfast menu

Breakfast was C- No hot eggs /sausage cold hard boiled eggs is Not on many guests menu .... Breakfast Needs Major improvement. Coffee makers in room as many things need over haul.. No plug in bath for bath. etc etc.. overall very out of date services... compared we are now @ super 8 in Moose Jaw... This accommodation... Here in Moose Jaw ...less expensive and Cleaner and bathroom complete with full hot Breakfast. Far superior for less $. Will Not Stay @ your Super 8 ... I am also a Wyndham Member ... Expedia.. and CAA member and a senior. Much better staff in Moose Jaw.. Parking was Good.

Our room was clean but there was a short black hair in the shower, obvious spot on the ivory wall. The staff were very friendly and welcoming at check in and when we arrived back after an evening out at 1:00 am. Parking lot is small but well marked and maintained. Very easy to find!

Staff were very friendly and helpful! Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Gym was better equipped than I expected and was a decent workout space. Breakfast started at 6, early enough to be fed and out before 7 when we needed to go. Small issues were handled quickly and professionally. Will definitely stay here again!

Yes, breakfast was fresh, the parking was safe, the bed was quite worn (too saft from use), the pillows were too lumpy but otherwise, everything else was great.

Tried to check in was denied, stating my card isn’t working when he didn’t even try to enter my card, he googled my address which was wild asked personal questions. I was baffled we felt racially profiled and was denied to get checked in. I tried my card somewhere else just to give them the benefit of the doubt it worked fine. Never again!! To top all of that Expedia didn’t believe anything I said

All the staff were friendly and very welcoming. Room was quiet and clean. Good value for the price. Breakfast could have used some herbal teas and maybe some protein. Otherwise good. We would stay here again.
