Few amenities. No AC, kettle, bath mat, tissues, conditioner, or room safe in rooms. Chipped furniture and broken fittings. Room not cleaned during stay. Bare basics for high price. Great breakfast, central location. Friendly staff. Nice public areas.

For single person room was good size but view from window was terrible. If you don't close your curtains person from other side look right in your room. There is no privacy unless keep your curtains shut. Mattress was bit od wobbling. I like rest room fair size and space for luggage.

The breakfast was the best breakfast ever. I would stay at this hotel over any other just for that reason. I have traveled around the world, and this is the best breakfast I have ever had. The parking was difficult. The room itself was just OK. But I would go back again and again for this 5 star breakfast.

The exterior of the property was quite dirty and not particularly welcoming. I was early to check in and was told the room was available but I would be charged extra for checking in a few hrs early. I went for a beer at the var and was charged £11.28 for one bottle of beer. Quite frankly the hotel is distinctly average but charge a premium for everything. Don't even get tea or coffee facilities in the room. There are better options available than this place.

Great location for shoping spree, Room was clean. Shower was good all in all I would recommend this to anyone. I travel to norway every other month this one is on my radar.

The food was amazing. Showers didnt as hot as I would like but still very nice. They provide very nice shampoo and conditioner. I loved the option to help the environment and not have my room cleaned daily. They gave fresh towels when asked. Wonderful staff and they spoke perfect english!.

Spurte om tidlig innsjekk. Hyggelig betjening og dette ordnet seg. Terminal funket ikke for betaling sånn da slapp du betale det sa de. Ved utsjekk krevde de allikevel denne summen. Selv om det nok er riktig å betale så handler dette om ryddighet og orden i informasjonen.

Helt topp, som alltid! Fast overnatting sted da vi er i Sandnes/Stavanger! Rimelig pris, knall frokost, sentralt og kort veg til det meste i Sandnes! Togstasjonen 1 minutt unna, så kort veg til Stavanger og andre steder i nærheten!

Pent rom og god frokost!:) veldig greit at det ligger rett ved/på et kjøpesenter også.

i reached around midnight.. got the room keys and when i entered the room .. it was not clean bedding was not done, looks like it was not clean . i immediately inform to reception and answer i got was in the system room was shown as cleaned. After taking some time to search got other room but that was not of the category i booked . My kids was with me n bed was so small that kids can not sleep on it.. asking for alternative.. reception person said that its almost 1:00 clock at night .. use it for now as i dont have much option left ..will talk to manager n see if compensation can given. in the morning when i went to reception.. person at reception said manager not there, no message was given to him
