You get what you pay for. It’s not a luxury hotel — the rooms are a bit old and need some maintenance, but the service is excellent.

Clean room, beaches, and great staff.

Good value for the price that I paid. Staff was excellent and very friendly. Restaurant staff were very attentive. Room was good, a\c was really good. Gym was well equipped and open till 10 pm which was great. 2 nice big pools. The one area where they could do better would be the buffet food. I would serve fresh, natural juices instead of artificial ones, as well as real decaf coffee. Hash browns at breakfast would be great for Canadians, and maybe a bit more variety, particularly at supper time. I usually won’t complain about buffet food as it is what it is, but I think a few small chat would go a long way. To end positively, I was once again impressed by how friendly and professional all of the Mexican staff were.

Mosquitos everywhere, raccoon looking animals all over the place, the hotel is falling apart, food was disgusting, enjoyed the company. This place needs to be knocked down and rebuilt and they need to pay for an exterminator. The mosquito bites are all over my body.

Family friendly but also party friendly

This is an amazing hotel, great staff, always happy and welcoming. Beautiful rooms at a very good price. Definitely worth going there. The pool is very big and confortable.

Was skeptical before arriving after seeing some reviews online but the resort is 100% worth visiting.

I would like to give thanks to Miguel Angel, from the beach bar hut. He was polite, very helpful & made sure I had a great time.

Size of the property is astonishing keeping the initial environment.

I love the people soo much but the resort people was not

Had a leak in my bathroom since the day that I arrived I called and complaint nothing was done the 1st day on the 2nd day I called and nothing was done I asked if they would give me another room and they refused. On the 3rd day I called again and finally the came to fix. I explained to them that twice I almost fell.

During the rainy the ceiling was leaking

There was an animal in our room and we were totally uncomfortable

Loved it! My boyfriend had medical issues they were so helpful and charged us no extra fees.

Nothing that is listed as part of the all inclusive is included everything to do there is an up charge, WiFi didn’t work the entire time we were there either. Staff was not helpful in answering any questions or concerns
