Location is excellent, rooms have been renovated, but elevator and halls are still old and I still had to walk 5 stairs to my room eventhough there was a lift.

This hotel is very well located, rooms are spacious and clean. We truly appreciated the A/C and the stuff was 10/10. Daniela was amazing and helpful with lots of tips around the area. Breakfast was good and served in a nice area. We also loved the had complementary luggage stooge as we had a very late flight. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean however for a four star hotel needs a lot of upgrades. People at the reception were very friendly and helpful.

Not enough light in main room, otherwise great hotel

We chose this hotel mainly for its excellent location, but unfortunately the overall experience did not match what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. The room was extremely small, and housekeeping was disappointing. During our stay, the room was never actually cleaned—they only made the beds and changed the towels. There was visible dust and dirt near the headboard that remained throughout our stay. The biggest issue happened on checkout day. The night before, we asked about getting a taxi to the train station and were told there was no need to book one in advance. The next morning, we were told it would take 30 minutes for a taxi to arrive. We nearly missed our train and had to pay 100 euro for an Uber to make it on time. The advertised amenities were also disappointing. The meeting room was essentially nonexistent, the jacuzzi/spa was out of service, the patio had nothing to offer, and there was no suitable place to take an online work meeting. The breakfast was also overpriced for the quality and selection offered. Every night, loud noise from nearby bars continued until around 2–3 a.m., making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The staff was friendly, but overall this hotel does not feel like a 4-star property. If location is your only priority, there are better-value hotels nearby.

Will start by saying the front desk was the highlight. The people working there were pleasant and very helpful. But this place was a dinky hotel stuffed between a bunch of tourist trap cafes. Must have been paying for the proximity to Roman site seeing because the €540 room was extremely underwhelming. Probably like 300 sq feet if that, AC hardly worked, could hear the room above us the whole night. Just a really mid experience, especially relative to cost. I’ll close by saying what I began with which was the front staff was excellent!

The hotel has an excellent location, in walking distance from attractions and shops. The room and the bathroom was totally clean. Very good bed, you can rest because the windows are totally sound proof. The street is too busy, it's difficult to take car sharing apss

Staff was awesome, hotel is small but very well maintained. There is even a bathroom for use after you check out. Centrally located with minimal hassle. Great experience!

Great breakfast and staff were extremely nice. View from room not so great. Family Room only has 1 bathroom split between 2 separate closet size areas.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were super friendly, helped with transfer from airport and to the train station. The rooms were clean. And location was great and close to multiple attractions.

Great location, pleasant and helpful staff, great breakfast, coffee was fantastic, room on street side had some noise but easily managed with a sound app, so close to all the main attractions, worked very well for us.
