Amazing hotel great buffet perfect for families

We made a short weekend trip to Island Krk an Baska. The hotel was actually ok, just the room we stayed in needs a total refurbishment. The hotel itself is renovated from outside, it looks good from outside and probably some rooms are also renovated, but ours wasnt... The TV's picture was so bad, that you couldnt watch it. At breakfast, which is actually quite good, we asked for sunny side up eggs, how we dont prefere omlet and were told, that we stay in low season, and because the prices are lower, they dont offer this food. But we insisted and finally got our eggs. But every time with a lot of effort... Dont know if we would stay there again. If they would offer us some better room probably... They charge for parking - 2 euro a day, baby crib 5 euro a day, and so on... Be prepared for having a lot of elder Austrians there, with their own music entertainer at the night on the terace bar. But we think it is good time to visit Baska, because it is not so crowdy as in the season and for sure very nice!! But be aware, after 15. of september is almost every store or smaller restaurant closed.

The hotel is alright, but is absolutely impossible to stay on the beach with crowds like that. There is literally not even 10 inches space between people, and people use up to 4 balls at the time in the pool. The staff didn’t even ask why I was leaving earlier. There’s no point in staying somewhere where the beach is a disaster and the pool is unusable unless you want to get a hit in the head by a ball. Never again.

Hotel is not too bad on itself. They charge for parking separately per day which is quite unusual if you book your 7 days or 10 days holiday. Air condition in the restaurant was not working.

Offered food and service were great, but there was one huge problem, air condition in the restaurant was not working at all and outside temperature exceeded 30 degrees. With a hew hundred people inside, it was very hard to breathe fresh oxygen.

Enjoyed a last minute stay at the Hotel Corinthia in beautiful Baska, Croatia. We didn't want to leave paradise so we stayed the night ;)

Great location with plenty of restaurants and places to shop in walking distances in the surrounding area. The beach is nice too.

Good mix of price, location, quality and gives excellent value for your money to take a half board, dinner is offering enough options to eat. ON this year there was even unlimited consumption of house wines (red and white), but I would rather leave them. Beer was ok. This was my 5th summer there.

Very nice hotel , close to everything in Baska , nice people and good food.

Excellent stay for the family. Very clean room, the hotel had activities for kids throughout the day, the pools were very nice.

The hotel was in a convenient location, very close to the beach. The hotel staff were polite and friendly. The food was excellent with a very varied choice. I would definitely visit again.

Great location with a lovely pool and very comfortable loungers. Good breakfast buffet. Overall good value for money. Our room was very tired but satisfactory.

Room was nice for the price. Only downside is that I was in building1 overlooking the roof of the restaurant so a bit dissapointed by that vthe seagulls would sit on the roof and squawk all morning. I asked to change room and the front desk agent said she found one to change me too but she had to ask her manager. The manager said no and that the would not change my room. I think it was because I was an online booker with a cheap room night!!! The pool was lovely and the hotel is nice and close to all the action without being right on the beach. Overall great value for the money. The buffet breakfast was not the best I gaff while in croatia - that was totally average!!

We only stayed at the hotel for 3 nights but enjoyed it immensely. The weather was also excellent. The only downside was the fact that the hotel set the air conditioning at 25 degrees C and there is no way of reducing this level of heat other than turning it off and opening the window. We did this after the first night and if we had booked a room with a balcony it would have been even better. I thought that 20/21 degrees C was a satisfactory indoor temperature, even in winter!

I think Hotel Corinthia lived up to its standard of a three star hotel. It wasn't magnificent however not bad at all either; exactly what you would ecpect from the pictures and stars. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the rooms were clean. Outside- and inside pools seemed to be popular amongst families w children, and for those who prefer the beach, it was only 200 m away.
