Very nice hotel sadly let down by my room not being available promptly. I had expressed the information that one of my group would arrive much later, only to find that indeed his room was ready, whilst I was left waiting. Common sense bypass.

The location was excellent and the staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed the facilities especially the swimming pool

Easy to get to from airport bus, easy to walk into town/harbour/beach. Nice reception area and very clean room. Slightly smoky smell in room when we arrived, but this soon disappeared. Would have liked more flexibility for checking out when have a later flight (i.e. to be able to use the facilities/pool for the day/have a shower room available).

My father and I stayed for 1 week and enjoyed the hotel. The breakfast manager has been really nice and the Fronk desk has also been nice in terms of guiding us for restaurants and places to visit around the area. If you want to go out of town use the bus for confort and not the tram

It was ok, the beer was very expensive in the hotel compared to outside of the hotel, I guess it’s to make it seem more fancy? But paying 3 times the price to the local bars feels a bit much other then that lovely nice clean room and friendly great staff! And the entire hotel is well maintained and clean! Will stay here again

Review of AC Hotel Alicante I recently stayed at the AC Hotel Alicante and had a mixed, but generally positive, experience. The lobby area is quite nice and modern, though it does get very crowded during the day. The parking lot at first looks a bit intimidating, but it was surprisingly simple to navigate, even with my SUV. The rooms were clean, but I had a couple of issues with the air conditioning. The AC in my first room was not working at all, but the staff was quick to move me to a new room. In the second room, I noticed a very dirty filter which was causing a foul odor. I requested that it be cleaned, but unfortunately, nothing was done. The smell eventually seemed to go away, or I just got used to it. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was adequate. Overall, I think this is a good property, but it could be great with some minimal maintenance improvements, especially with the air conditioning.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, edge of walkable area but still close enough. Elevators are really small.

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The service was excellent – friendly and helpful throughout. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great selection. The pool is on the smaller side but very nice and well-maintained. The only slight downside is the location – it’s a bit far from Alicante city centre, but only a €6 taxi ride or a 20-minute walk. Overall, a great experience however, a little too far out for us.

Lovely hotel, would stay here again, very clean, staff constantly cleaning, very helpful. @20 min walk to main part with beach, restaurants etc, pool/sun bathing area very busy on the Saturday, couldn’t get anywhere to sit, towels left on chairs

Hotel was very close to a lovely shady & leafy walkway which easily connects you to the Marina, busy beach, Castle & beautiful historic City. Very clean hotel, good breakfast & room. Pool was quite small & roof top was very hot.

we spent 7 nights on a family city break to Alicante . The hotel is just on the periphery of the city centre but its easy access to the shops and restaurant. Hotel staff were all friendly and aproachable and helped make it an enjoyable stay.

The staff's service and attention were great! They just need to watch out for a few small things in room 724: the bathrobe was torn, the slippers were both for the same foot and looked used, the bedspread had loose threads, the sink had some cracks, and the toilet paper holder was a bit loose.
