We really liked the cleanliness of the room, and how close the hotel is to the train station. If the rooftop bar had more ambience it would be a great spot to enjoy after a long day.

Breakfast is excellent in a pleasant setting. Loved the rooftop poop and bar area. Room was nice and clean, bathroom modern and spacious.

Straight path to beach and centre of Alicante. 15 minute easy walk. 15 mins drive from airport. Very clean hotel. Only stayed one night so didn't use hotel facilities or breakfast. 3 adults and child in one room. Very large king double bed and double sofa bed. Tea, coffee making facilities in room. Would recommend.

Convenient location and good quality installation. Daily room service was excellent. Hotel advertises that it has a sauna, but in fact it is a steam room. Gym, hot tub and steam room are small.

The hotel’s location is fair. If you want to go to the beach, it takes about a 15–20 minute walk. The breakfast is good, with a nice selection of food. The room and bed are comfortable, making the stay pleasant overall.

A little disappointed as I was hoping for area for omelettes

Hotel location a bit further out. Building work going on next to hotel making noise early on - when complained to hotel they only offered to move me to another room fo a fee. Breakfast was chaotic and ok - nothing amazing. Car park full so unable to use. Rooftop pool was nice but only deck chairs. No hot tub as shown in photos. Ended up checking out early to move to another hotel.

The provided services, when compared to the mentioned Marriott standard, are extremely poor. The parking facility is unacceptably narrow, making it very difficult to use, and I was surprised to be charged additional fees for it.

Everything excellent

The room was good but the bedding was thin and torn. The towels were old, grey and thin. Not what you expect from a 4 star hotel. There was a mistake made too that the hotel would not honour. We asked for an extra night….they quoted €30 but then when we checked in they said that was for an extra bed and quoted us €165 for an extra night. We went to a different hotel. Facilities were good, breakfast was first class. It was very noisy at night with drunken guests and every night was disturbed in the early hours, so not too restful
