Clean, spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Great value. Quiet location.

Great stay!

This was our second time at this location. We had a room on the ground level with direct access to our room from the outside parking lot. Unfortunately, having one of these rooms does not guarantee that we could park in the space in front of the door to our room. When we arrived at our room after going to dinner, we had to park at the rear of the entire complex because the spots at our front door were filled. Why have access to the outside of your room if there's no reserved parking space for that room? Also, the tv in the room is set to an energy savings setting. Shortly after you turn on the tv the screen brightness dims to a level where you can barely see it. Staff are friendly and efficient, but do not go out of their way to be proactive in making you feel welcome and accommodated. Property is clean and the breakfast provided is very good.

The property was well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was lovely (honeymoon suite), well maintained. Would have liked to have wine glasses in the room, but otherwise, no complaints.

Was a great stay for our family, breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. This location is central to a lot of Fredericton without being in a super busy spot! Highly reccomend.

My only issue was the AC, it kept shutting off and made the room quite stuffy.
