Great location- excellent check in service Clean rooms.

More dust than I would have liked. Otherwise clean.

In years back we fished off yhe dock. Repairs would be nice.

Beautiful view and convenient to shopping.

This hotel needs some serious upgrades. It felt like we stepped into the 1990s. Old decor, with worn out, stained furniture. Not good. The only saving grace was that it’s in a great location near the foot bridge, along the harbor.

The room was advertised and everything went smoothly.

We brought our daughter and family to visit Boothbay and the botanical gardens. We enjoyed being so close to the harbor and shops and great food. The staff were all so kind!

The location is excellent, away from the crowds but a short walk over the footbridge to most attractions. However, the facility is showing its age. The amenities are fair at best. The place needs a modernization. The staff is helpful and pleasant. Overall, the place is not worth the money.

Centrally located to shopping and boat tours. Comfortable rooms and beds.

Beautiful setting right on the harbor. Next the the footbridge so easy walk to the restaurants and shoppes. Room was clean and comfy. Only issues were the bathroom sink drained very slowly and the screen for the slider to our patio did not work smoothly.

Seemed like a short in wiring. Lights kept flickering or dimming. Could not get the remote to work properly.

the hotel is in a great location, easy access to town, but less noisy then the other side of the harbor. the views are beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had an excellent stay.

We had a very nice stay. The beds are not firm. That would be my only issue
