Well maintained older property in excellent location. Would stay again.

Breakfast gets a 2, room was freezing and dirty sheets were outside the room on the floor outside the room at 9pm and still there the following.orning at 9:30 am.

Great hotel in the centre of Pisa. Staff were friendly & helpful. Room very clean. We stayed in a quadruple room which was very spacious & bathroom had 2 sink & mirror areas which were separated by a wall which made drying hair much easier as no steam from shower if you bring your own hairdryer. Otherwise, hairdryer is in main bathroom. Ladies don’t forget to bring hair conditioner as with most hotels these days, only shampoo & shower gel provided. Breakfast great. Hotel very close to lots of restaurants & an 8 min stroll to leaning tower of Pisa, & a 20 min walk from railway station. Would definitely stay here again.

Room very clean, carpet in hall terrible, breakfast poor, signs up to say don’t remove food, there was no need for these because if you wouldn’t eat it in the breakfast room you would hardly take it with you. Room clean cleaning g staff excellent

Great and accommodating staff. Felt like home. They also assisted in returning an item left behind. I would definitely recommend to family and friends and wish to return soon.

My family of four stayed at this property after getting off a red eye, before driving to an inland destination. We enjoyed it. Everyone was nice and spoke English. The quad room was small and antiquated based on our typical stay in the US but clean and charming. Driving in Pisa is a nightmare so don't do it. Parking near this property is almost impossible for foreigners. We didn't get the breakfast but I went in and it didn't look great. There are several walkable cafes nearby that you should try instead. The location is great, walkable to lots of eating and nightlife options. The leaning tower is under ten minute walk away.

A nice hotel in central location. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean, shower 1st class. house keeping very good. Air conditioning brilliant and needed in 36 degree heat. The hotel recommended a few local restaurants that we visted , which we were impressed by. Lots of places to eat and drink generally in pisa. Good shopping especially for leather gooods. Nice Italian town, which everyone should vist. The famous tower and church needs half a day to vist and explore properly. Roof top terrace a nice area. Would recommend and return

Great location, minutes away from the main sights, near restaurants and bars. Little terrace with view of Leaning Tower, gorgeous sunset. Very reasonable price for the area, clean, lift works, nicer little breakfast room. Reception booked us a taxi, very pleasant and helpful.
