Today everything was good

The room was pretty basic, but I knew that making the booking. It was very comfortable and very clean. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel is close to the blue line on the metro, with many shops and restaurants close by, but it's on a quiet street. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in Lisbon.

The bathroom was old and the location was not great.

Great coffe in an IRL neighbourhood. Couldn’t beat the price on a last minute stay (laterally). Great staff

The Pool was closed and there was no option to only use the rooftop. Also the room was not clean, unfortunately there were hair on the bed… would not recommend. Also expedia did not make it clear on the booking page that the pool could not be used. Therefore its way too pricey.

Rude behaviour and extremely high prices.

Location was close to city center. Limited food on property and no hygiene products available in room.

Parking at 15 euro was extremely difficult. In a underground structure with narrow walls. Nerve-racking!

Decent property staff excellent great location for getting about metro not far away. Only complaint would be that bath/shower plug hole was very rusty and needs to be replaced

I know check in isn’t until 3. But I don’t see why letting someone in 30 minutes early is a problem

Very poor condition. Bedding was threadbare, room was very noisy, staff were friendly enough though, only 1 towel and no face washer.pillows and bed lumpy. I'll never stay in 3k hotels again
