The hotel is a bit old but the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Was great one of the ladies at the front desk was hard to get along with but there’s bad apples everywhere:) rest of the staff were awesome. Hotel was awesome!

Our room was very clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone travelling to St. John's.

Was told room wasn’t ready at check in, 40 mins later no call. I went to check how much longer and then I was told room was ready when I checked in they just forgot to ask for credit card.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location just off Ken Mount Road close to all shopping and restaurants. Our room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was really outdated and we had an issue with the sink clogging and backing up that left a smell in the room.
