Fantastic hotel, we went with 4 generations including baby, 30s, 50s and almost 80 and the hotel catered fabulously to us all. Great all inclusive, with NICE food and drinks not rubbish buffet stuff, can’t rate enough!

Beautiful hotel, great service and the room was exceptional, as we got unexpectedly upgraded on arrival. A fabulous 5 days and would definitely return.

The hotel is good in general, staff is friendly and food is good however if you spend a significant amount of money to stay in a luxuxy hotel, you don't expect to need to pay to use the jacuzzi and heated pool. I was very disapointed when I found out as it is not clear when we make the resetvation that you need to pay extra for the spa.

My brother and I flew in from New Jersey for a quick weekend trip to visit one of the clubs nearby, and we had such a great stay ! The customer service was amazing ! Everyone was so kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived . We’ll definitely be coming back to stay here again on our next trip to Ibiza !

All inclusive option is a winning choice.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The 2 clubs we wanted to go to (Hï and Ushuaïa) were walking distance. And most importantly, We felt safe!

The property is well kept, however special attention is needed to ensure all items I. The requested and paid for room actually function. The staff could have shown a little more concern or made corrections to items pointed as broken faster

Family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) stayed here for a week and we loved it! Service was exceptional throughout the property. Rooms were lovely and poolside was always clean. Food was good for an All Inclusive…not the greatest selection, but I like that. Can’t fault this hotel…everything was perfect, even at peak season. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Terrible service. The a la carte restaurants filled up instantly and no chance to get a reservation. Service is lacking. Only come here is to can’t afford Mexico and Caribbean all inclusoves. Those are the real deal

Very nice relaxing, friendly, clean, safe hotel. Great choice of food and drinks, although the snack bar is very repetitive and limited on food options (bar food only).

It was hard to communicate with staff, the a/c wasn’t working, the room was hot, the food was just ok. You have to pay extra for room services. We paid for a sea view and got there and our room wasn’t available. The bedroom was not comfortable. I found it strange how the rooms had twin beds instead of a king we requested.Overall, one of the worst hotels I have been

Very convenient being less than 10mins taxi (€15) from the airport. Good all inclusive menu selection and wines & spirits. Coffee available from the sports bar and others. Rooms had minibars that were included and replenished. Only suggestion would be an adults only (or 12+) area in the buffet.
