Lovely entertainment and a la carte restaurants great

everyone was nice

The property overall is very nice. Only down side is the room service. They provide only 4 cans (300ml cans) of water each day and charge you extra for more. So much for an all inclusive resort!!

Everyone in the staff was so professional and nice. Ashley at reception is super friendly. Food was super fresh, couldnt ask for better for the price. Better than expected. Beach location and very close to airport (10 mins by taxi) so was perfect stay.

Everything was perfect and the whole staff were super helpful and friendly!

Clean, great food, friendly staff BUT not a hotel for couples - all restaurants especially the buffet overrun with noisy kids.

Wonderful hotel with great facilities and staff. Well located for beach and close to airport so no long transfer. Good quality food and drink in abundance.

Reasonable stay overall, hotel complex is large and well kept. Was quite busy, even late in the season and that meant that space around the pools was limited, and on a couple of days the hotel ran out of towels. The food at the restaurant is all a bit same-same each day, but was reasonable enough, just quite busy at times, particularly those needing to eat early in the evening with kids. It was quite hard to get slots at the a la carte restaurants. Great staff for the most part, all really friendly and helpful.

I was over charge for my sister 100 not all drinks were included sport bar is open 24 not enough food and fruits are not fresh toilet paper was always missing in sport bar .

This property was very clean and I loved staying close to the airport. Very convenient.

Just got back from an amazing stay at the Grand Palladium ibiza and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! We booked a junior suite with a private jacuzzi, which was the perfect touch. The room was spotless and super comfortable. The staff were SO friendly and helpful, especially Christina at reception who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was another standout – really fresh with tons of variety at every meal. Plus, the location couldn’t be better. Close to everything but still felt peaceful. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone heading to ibiza – I’ll definitely be back!

We enjoyed staying at the Grand Palladium Palace in Ibiza. The hotel is in a very convenient location; close to the airport and also to many of the venues we were trying to go to. It is a 12 minute car ride from Old Town Ibiza. Hotel was very clean and rooms were spacious. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There are many dinning options on property as well.

Everything

AC was cold, room was clean, food was amazing, staff were pleasant, entertainment was entertaining! There were families as well as some groups of friends staying during our stay but not too loud nor obnoxious. I would definitely return and look forward to checking out other Palladium properties. 10/10!

Great all inclusive hotel and property. Downside is that their a la carte restaurants were booked up way in advance so we didnt get to try. The facilities are great. The food from their buffets- some were good some not so much but I’m sure u can find something you’d like because there were loads of options
