The location of Hotel was fantastic, offering both sea , an amazing swimming pool, and direct access to the seaside. However, the room was a bit small and felt outdated. A renovation would greatly enhance the experience.

Very impolite staff in the front desk, clearly unprepared to receive foreign people.

It was a good spot to stay in, but for the price we paid we also expect a pretty high standard. The standard was fine, but we were not impressed by the hotel. Pro’s; private parking spot right in front of our room. Good aircon. Private patio. Cute beach below the hotel. Con’s; Beach beds not included. Hotel breakfast felt very basic and over crowded. Pool felt like a resort kids pool.

Great property.. great pool and convenient from restaurants and shopping center

Property has easy access to the beach and a nice pool. Room and bathroom were a nice size, but the amenities were not luxury. The mattress was cheap, rock hard and very uncomfortable. Very dorm room like. Hotel is quite shabby, including in the lobby. Unpleasant smells around every corner. Desperately in need of refurbishing. Staff was abrupt and rude. Watch out for hidden charges. Definitely won’t be back.

Swimming was nice and the access to the beach.

They have so much potential and they just let it be, beautiful property but some, not all of the staff with very bad attitude, in this industry it’s supposed to be serve, service, service but they don’t seem to know it

Not worth the money for a Porto Cervo 4 stars hotel. Quite deceiving

El hotel es viejo, con pocas comodidades, la ducha es chica, el cuarto no tiene pava eléctrica ni frigobar. El desayuno es básico. No tiene ascensor. El personal es bastante rudo en su trato con los huéspedes. No volveríamos.

The first night we arrived late and were rushed into the check in by a rude receptionist to a room that smelled sooo bad and had black water come out of the sink, the next day we told them about it and they changed our room with the excuse “ yes some of our room locations have smells” The new room had no smell but had construction in the hallway so we woke up early disturbed by workers being so loud. Overall it was a terrible experience and this hotel seems nice online but a total disappointment in person

They charge extra for the use of sun lounge chairs and umbrellas. These were included as services offered by the hotel but never specified that had an extra cost nor that were free. The hotel should be more clear since it is an important fee you have to pay per day.

Comfortable hotel with a nice pool and close to some of the nicest beaches on the Costa Smeralda. Not the most luxurious hotel, but well kept with a high standard of cleanliness and pleasant, helpful staff.

The Grand Hotel renigged on our reservation and sent us to Colonna Hotel and Sporting Club. It was a major step-down. so far from the beach that we didn't try to make the long walk because they could not provide accurate directions. No wifi ib room. Rooms were tiny and uncomfortable.

A 3 star hotel for the price of a 5 star. Pool bar service erratic with the manager showing preference for some clients. Sunbeds and umbrella at an additional cost of 35 EUR and not even on the beach. Outdated bathroom with traces of rust and clogged sink.

The hotel is simply idyllic. It’s very well designed with lots of lovely different areas for relaxing/sunbathing and the view is beautiful. The pool is a good size, the sandy beach is lovely and there is a pool bar and a beach cafe. The breakfast choice is very good. We stayed in a classic double room with sea view and couldn’t fault it.

Beautiful grounds and lovely restaurant down by the beach! Just stunning. Beds are hard and uncomfortable and WiFi is iffy. If they got new beds I’d come back every year.
