A very enjoyable stay in a boutique hotel, where the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were all different, with each offering individual benefits. We were slightly concerned that the restaurant was not open on our first night, but we were able to get food from other areas, so not a problem overall.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. They've curated a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere with soft music and comfy, elegant furnishings. The food was delicious at breakfast and all prices were very reasonable.

We stay on a regular basis. Free car park. The beds are rock hard so request a mattress topper. Excellent restaurant and a very easy walk into Jesmond very helpful staff

Lovely big suite with large very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with a good shower and two sinks. Bottles of water and tea and coffee making facilities were provided with biscuits and small chocolates to welcome us back which was a nice touch. Staff as always were very friendly.

Fantastic place - room brilliant (deluxe) - staff amazing…. And even a little free gift for our daughter. Lovely gesture! Grounds are also lovely!

Stayed here a couple of years ago and it was amazing. It now looks tired. I feel its main effort now is more towards wedding partys.

Fantastic stay. Stayed for a wedding. Staff really welcoming and friendly throughout. Slightly difficult to find our room, but was lovely when we got into it. We struggled to keep the room cool, but we loved the big bed and huge bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic too. Scenery amazing. Would definitely stay again

Nice looking hotel with attentive staff in quiet location but still close to city centre. Breakfast good. Our room (in the attic) was too hot but we stayed during a heat wave. EV charger was ridiculously expensive but apparently they have plans to change provider. Relaxing short stay and will likely return.
