All was perfect

Very clean, good location, huge rooms, delicious breakfast - overall a great experience that we will recommend!

Had a delightful three night stay at Lucy Hotel Kavala. The room was large with good air con, WiFi & a fridge. The outdoor pool is large & not heated with lots of sun loungers it opens at 10am. There is an indoor pool spa area which can be used for 1hr per day but you need it book. It’s open from 12pm. It’s lovely and relaxing. The private beach is just outside with sun loungers & towels which is great. There is a supermarket right next door which is handy & the hotel is close to town about 15 minutes on the bus. Breakfast is amazing, so many options from savoury & sweet hot and cold options, fruit, cake, salad, breads, an excellent selection. You can eat inside or outside by the pool which was lovely. The bathroom was a good size with a good shower, toilet & hairdryer.

Room was a good size and clean. Nice big pool. Breakfast had many options. It would be good if they could invest in luggage racks.

It’s an old hotel, needs renovation. Very unqualified staff in terms of reception and breakfast area. Housekeeping neglected to make up my room, once, even that I had signed for that. Spa and gym area area acceptable for a small boutique hotel, not for this one. Unfortunately, overpriced for what it offers.

This is not 5 star hotel, is outdated, rooms are dirty, bedsheets and towels are grey not white. Outside the hotel area is dirty, the nearest restaurant is 1 km away. Definitely not come back!

Nice beachside hotel with adequate street parking. Clean and quiet room with small balcony overlooking an adjacent public beach a block away. Helpful staff at check-in and at breakfast.

Odanın hazırlanması çok uzun sürdü. Bizden sonra gelenlerin odaları çok çabuk hazırlanırken bizi 1 saat beklettiler. Kahvaltı 7 de başlayacak denmesine rağmen hazır değildi. Çevresinde yapılacak çok şey yok. Çocuk havuzu bölümü yok. güzel yanları; araç şarj imkanı olması ve temiz olmaları.

Comfortable, clean hotel with plenty of parking. Buffet breakfast has lots of choice. Our superior double room was spacious. Nice beach with sunbeds. Area is quiet, not much there. Two restaurants within easy walk. Disappointed that the gym equipment was broken and no one knew when it would be fixed. Also that the pool should be open 10.00-18.00 but usually opened late and closed early.
