The castle picture on expedia confused me. The actual hotel is nice but not a castle. Overall is good experience

Open air terrace

Well, first I believe the hotel wrongfully used a picture of the castle in the city as their main photo. Seems deceitful since the hotel looks nothing like that. And there is no exterior picture of the hotel, misleading. Second the room only window overlooks a courtyard, which is their bar. And it was extremely loud hard to sleep since it was hot and the window had to be open for a breeze. Asked the front desk for a fan to which they stated they had none. Ask them to turn down the music in the courtyard since there was nobody out in that courtyard bar area to which they stated no

Great location, could walk from the central station to the hotel and then to the castle. Lots of restaurants close by. The room was nice, breakfast was a large buffet.

Don’t be fooled by the first picture, this is NOT the hotel. It is the castle close by. The hotel has a very unremarkable store front on the street that easily passed by. The interior is well done and cute. Our room was well suited for our needs as family of four traveling. There is NO A/C and only a small fan provided air for circulation from the windows that barely opened. The hotel has a great location and we lucked into parking right around the corner at the police station for $36 for 18 hours. There are many restaurants close by with a lot of dining options. The brand new park that is just up the river is absolutely fantastic if you have young children. We spent hours there. The staff was nice and the check the fastest I have ever done! Breakfast was nice, but basic. The crepes were a HUGE hit.

Stayed for one night having booked the standard twin room. Initial room room was very small and more a single sized room. Spoke with reception who quickly changed the room to a more appropriate larger room. Good service from reception and quickly resolved our issue. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Good location close to the castle and lots of restaurants around to choose from. Street parking closeby and a supermarket just down the road.

A nice welcome at check in, spotlessly clean room with a good shower and comfortable bed. Short walk to the railway and bus station, also Örebro Castle within walking diatance. The hotel provides a very nice self service breakfast which was included. Would thoroughly recommend.

Ordered a room with two single beds, was assigned a room with a double bed. Hotel staff made minimal efforts to rectify the mistake.

The property was well maintained the staff were friendly. Location is convenient.

Rum ok standard. Saknar krok för handduk i badrummet. Mycket trevlig och service inriktad personal. Frukosten kanon. Stort utbud i baren

Vi fick ingen information i kassan om att vi ska sätta kort i kortläsare i rummet för att få tillgång till el. Inget större problem, vi kom på själva efter en stund hur man ska göra. Rummet var jättekallt, ett fönster hade inte stängts ordentligt. Fanns fristående AC för kylning, enda värmekälla var ett ev. två element. Sängarna var väldigt sköna, och sängkläderna har fluffiga och varma. Bastun tog sin tid att värma, men fungerade riktigt bra och blev riktigt varm. Det hade uppskattats någon form av guide av hur man använder badet, då det fanns många olika vreden att skruva på, men ingen idé av vad de gjorde. När vi satte på jacuzzifunktionen kom det mängder av avlagringar från dem. Vi fick tömma ur, och prova igen, och då gick det bra. Positivt vad smart tv och möjlighet att kika på Netflix, dock med eget inlogg. Frukosten var helt okej, som glutenallergiker var alternativen dock väldigt tråkiga. Vanligt basic toastbröd jämfört med de alternativen som fanns för icke allergiker var inte jämförbara. Jag fick inte heller något alternativ till fikabröd som erbjöds till frukosten. Rummet i sig var värt prismässigt pga av kvaliteten av säng samt badrummet.

Bo inte på detta hotell. Ej städat o urusel service när vi påpekade den dåliga städningen.

Inga konstigheter. Bra läge och helt okej frukost. Tyvärr något trångt med mycket folk på frukosten. Annars var det bra!
