The microwave had an old plug that you had to plug into an old socket. The refrigerator was good. The nightstand was about to collapse. However, the junior suite we had was spacious. The shower was adequate.

Gave 3 stars only bc the shower grout in room 106 needs a very thorough cleaning. Otherwise, staff were super friendly, food was good, 15 min walk to Albrook airport, safe area, rest of facilty was spotless

Very nice, I enjoyed the stay!

Stayed here when we first flew into Panama City. It was very close to the airport, and very peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

As always this stay was enjoyable, quiet and restful. No surprises and had a great stay as did our visitors.

Staff were greattttt! I was happy and comfortable. There was nothing I disliked.

The room was dirty, the furniture was dirty, the shower was very dirty and still wet from somebody using it. The mattress had mildew on it and the whole room had a terrible odor. You could see inside the room through the window because the curtains were too small for the window so there was no privacy. My wife was traveling along and she called after checking and we got her an Uber to another hotel.

It is always a lovely stay but the convenience is the most important factor due to the distance to Albrook Airport

I arrived later in the evening after a long bus trip and the woman that checked me in was very courteous and professional.

All around atmosphere, friendly & helpful employees, clean. Highly recommended while in Albrook! This is our 2nd time in 2 years to be guest & won’t be our last!
