Very quick and easy check in. Staff very friendly. Large and clean room Air con not working and room extremely hot and uncomfortable. Reported this as error code on unit and was provided with a pub in fan, unfortunately not helpful, therefore uncomfortable night

Gym was way too busy, managed to get on a machine for 20 mins then gave up!

Poor check in …, staff good …but lack of reception desk ..felt like we sorted our selves out …. Breakfast staff good but restaurant felt hot stuffy … choice of “grey decor “ dim and depressing …: poor quality ingredients for breakfast …. Single coffee machine led to queues

Our usual place to stay when visiting family in the area. Good location and decent size car park. Pub/grill has a good crew working there, nice drink selection and food. Don’t do breakfast as weekend times don’t work for us.

Very efficient check in. Good choice at breakfast.we also had 3 meals in the pub/grill that were very good. The staff were all very friendly , particularly in the Pub Grill.

Lovely newly decorated fresh room.

I traveled alone with my two sons, aged 9 and 7. This hotel is very family-friendly and perfect for staying with children. I really liked that the room had a combination of one king bed and two single beds, and the mattress was in excellent condition, which made our stay very comfortable. The room interior was clean, and the design was simple and modern. However, the sink was quite shallow, so we had to be careful to turn the water on gently to avoid splashing. One difficulty for me was that the door could be opened easily from the inside by a child. I wish there had been an additional safety lock to prevent it from opening. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub were great, and I especially appreciated the long hours during which children are allowed to swim. It was also very convenient to have a pub and a Starbucks on the ground floor. Also, it was very convenient that there were plenty of electric vehicle charging stations in the car park. Although it is rated as a 3.5-star hotel, my experience felt far beyond that. I would definitely stay here again next time.

Not much to say as this was a one night stay and we were up and left before breakfast. This is our usual hotel when staying in the area and have always found it to be a great base, good bar area. Rooms are comfortable and clean

Clean room, relaxing spa

We stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms on the 5th floor, very nice, lots of plugs and charger points and lovely walk in shower with non slip tray and non slip flooring in the bathroom. Very comfortable bed, it’s a regular hotel of ours we stay in, will definitely be back!
