Hace 9 meses me hospedé, cuando era Camino Real, regresé a ahora que es Barcelo y el cambio es notorio a la baja Cuarto sucio y viejo Alfombra vieja y muy sucia Toallas viejas y de mal olor Servicio a cuartos lentísimo El bar/cafe no estaba abierto

Very good

The location is nice if you want to be away from downtown, the bed is terrible, super hard mattress. The hotel is a bit outdated, the restaurant was so-so, but the staff wasn’t as friendly as I would’ve expected at the front desk. I wouldn’t return, but it’s also not the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. I will say that the breakfast for 3 pieces of toast is absolutely overpriced.

Hermoso hotel con excelente ubicación y amplias recamaras, empezaron a hacer mejoras en las habitaciones pero aun les faltan cosas por mejorar. Sin duda regresare y lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Everything was great, staff, hotel, but the VIP reward should be canceled since most of the hotels i stayed will give you a free alcoholic drink or a bottle of wine. This hotel declined so this is my only negative comment.

Hotel itself was just as described. Breakfast options were plenty and good flavored. Would highly recommend and would definitely come back.

Used to be better with Camino Real. They had courtesy drinks (alcoholic), many more amenities in the room, even fruit in the room.
