Comfy room, good location, very nice stay

Very small and outdated but overall ok

Staff was excellent. Convenient location close to bus. Nice that they had 2 bikes available for guest use. Breakfast very good.

Small clean hotel close to bus and train. Rooms and bathroom are small, but just fine for a couple. Would stay again. Only con is there is no laundry services. You have to walk 2 mi or 20min tram ride to only self service laundry place in the city. Be sure to take plenty of coins, not cheap to do laundry. Hotel reception staff were very nice.

A bit further away from all the hustle and bustle and train station. But they provide you with an app to download city transportation for the duration of your stay for free before your arrival so you really have to walk for only 5 minutes after getting off tram #9 to hotel which is nice. Good breakfast and bed. Nothing to complain about

Hotel was ok for a short stay. Bathroom was awkward and small. Hotel looks a bit tired.

Booked a twin bed room. Beds were comfortable and room good size. Continental breakfast was excellent. The food looked and tasted fresh every morning and they coffee machine excellent. Complimentary fruit, coffee and ice cream available at reception. Tram and buses just outside the hotel and train station is a 10 minute walk away. The location was good. The room had no air conditioning (we didn't notice upon booking), but there was a fan and we could also open the window. Very small shower stall and WC, but cute.

I love the rooms and the views and cleanliness and all the hospitality and also customer service but keep in mind most hotel in Zermatt or Switzerland don’t have AC so keep in mind, this hotel doesn’t have AC

Room was hot like a sauna. They did give us fans in each room but that just circulated the hot air. It was difficult to sleep at night especially for the kids.

No AC was hot even in early July. Room was clean and chic. Only one pillow option. Breakfast was good.
