Terrible, High Cost for terrible hotel, bad hotel

Hotel was modern and in good conditions, just in front of the beach. My only complaint was when I left the hotel, I had a voucher to redeem for a 20% for one day of my stay, and the reception had not allowed me to use it because they said the voucher was supposed to be used at the bar at the swimming pool. Other than that, the service & breakfast was excellent.

We had an amazing stay at Amfora Hotel in Hvar! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the center but peaceful enough to relax. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning, especially overlooking the pool and the sea. The infinity pool area is beautiful and spacious, with great service and plenty of loungers. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of fresh options. Our room was clean, modern, and very comfortable with a balcony view that made every morning feel like a dream. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Perfect for couples and families alike—highly recommended if you’re visiting Hvar!

Rooms are small for the price. The First night house keeping came at 5:30pm and I had to leave my room. The following morning it was at 9am. When I left on my final day they were cleaning my room and I was at breakfast and I was not even checked out. Reception staff wasn’t the most friendly and when they apologized it was fake and staring at a screen and not sincere. Mid hotel.

This was a beautiful setting with wonderful amenities from the pool down to the beach! We really enjoyed the beautiful view and walkability.

We loved our time here. Excellent location a short walk from downtown if you wanted to leave for the evening. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Hvar.

This Amphora has something for everyone. The lobby and balconies are nice, with great views of the sea. The rooms are pretty standard, but the outdoor complex steals the show. The pool rambles on, with lots of lounge chairs, private and more public areas, and a water slide for kids. The staff and maintenance crew are exceptional . If I have to complain, I would say the elevator system and room numbering is confusing. I would book this hotel again.

Not what I expected . Ugly hallways , not good view . No help to get there from the ferry port …

Great beach and pool, good breakfast included, very nice service to bring the luggage to and from the ferry! Only a 10 minute walk to old town, but be prepared for stairs. Towels were very think and I expected more based on price of hotel. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again, although it was one of our more expensive stays in Croatia.

This was such an awesome hotel! The pools were great and staff was friendly and helpful

The 700 euro pricetag for our junior suite was not justified, bad repairs, mold in the shower and cheap amineties. Room was too low the get a great sea view that we paid for. The staff on the other hand was amazing.

It’s ok but not great. The breakfast was good. The resort was not as clean as I’d expect relative to the pricing. Daily cleaning was superficial only and they didn’t vacuum.

Absolutely beautiful property would definitely stay there again close to the boardwalk and a short walk to all the restaurants and fun bars

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and kind. The view was incredible and the amenities were extraordinary!

My mom and I stayed four nights at the hotel and had a lovely time. The staff were so kind and helpful. The morning breakfast that was included was amazing and had so many options. The rooms were clean and quiet and had a balcony with an ocean view. There were plenty of pool chairs to use and the pool was nice, but a little cold. Otherwise we loved our stay.
