Basic hotel, old rooms semi refurbished, with no son clean baths. Hard mattreses, parking its almost imposible to do

There are some negative comments about this hotel , but in my opinion evrything was perfect about this hotel , very reasonable price in the heart of downtown with friendly staff,

This is a great location near everything in downtown manizales, breakfast was great plenty of choices, and te staff was pleasant and very helpful, i highly recommend this hotel.

Was great value for the price. Though the building utilities are getting a bit dated. The reception staff especially Mr. Andre Rios was very helpful. Breakfast could have been better. But I guess for the price it was okay. Overall very happy with the stay.

Great value, friendly staff and location.

The staff were friendly, location was great. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. I had a suite on the 8th floor. My only issue would be the site advertises AC and they do not have air conditioned rooms. That being said it appears no hotels in Manizales have AC either. The price and quality are good and I’ll be staying there again on my next trip which is already booked.

Not a bad property, a bit dated and you can hear conversations in the hallways, but overall a fair property for the price. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. No food after 9 including room service if that matters to you. They do have laundry service. Private parking in basement for cars/motorcycles.
