Everything was clean, comfortable, and beautifully organized, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. We truly appreciated the warm atmosphere and had a great experience . Our stay was so enjoyable.

we absolutely love the room! The only thing I could mention that I didn’t particularly like is that the temperature of the room is set for only 65° when you go to sleep lol other than that, it was great

When i checked in A front desk named Margaret is so rude and racist. She will not let you use your gift card in paying instead insisting to pay card or debit she will intimidate you as if you can’t able to pay. The staff feels like they own the place and you don’t have right to pay whatever you want. That was first impression when checking in. The mosquito in the bathroom sucks and bugs everywhere. Terrible old accommodation not good for little kids to stay at night. AC is very old too and not a smart tv as expected they should upgrade electronics in the room. This is only good when swimming indoors but not staying for a night.

Water Park section was very good. Clean and service was great. Security every where. But Rooms and Mattress was Ok 3Star.

We wish, they have free breakfast just like other hotel.Since the price of stay is reasonable to include a free breakfast.

We had such a great time during our stay! I informed them that our arrival will be in the middle of the night, someone from the resort called and made sure to get information, checked us in ahead, when we arrived the night manager assisted us efficiently. We tried the in-room delivery as well as breakfast at the Norwood Pizza, the prices are cheaper than Tim Hortons food is better, service was excellent. We had milk tea, coffee, ice cream from different cafes in the resort - all are reasonably priced. We were coming from NL and we had family coming from AB as well. It was our first family vacation and we loved every minute at the resort. We’ll definitely be back soon as kids and adults enjoyed all amenities & activities! Thank you and Kudos to all the amazing staffs! Every family with kids should experience a minimum 2night stay at this resort! Well-maintained and family-friendly. Absolutely loved our stay! Expedia also made the booking possible!

Were satisfied with everything

Water park was amazing. Kids loved it. Restaurants were very good. All common areas were very nice. The rooms need updating. Washroom was small and cramped. Beds were not very comfortable. It was clean but some upgrades needed.
