Clean and convenient

Fan was so loud, on and off all night.

We liked the cleanliness and everything being new. Loved the courtyard with the waterfall and quiet space.

ALL good!

Parking was free, check in was simple and quick, staff were friendly and efficient, room was impeccable!!

Only thing that was wrong was no shampoo

We love staying at courtyard hamilton once a year when we visit Canada, and the room was amazing! We will book a suite again for sure! The location is perfect and the staff are always friendly. Unfortunately, the hot tub and pool weren’t in service again during our stay which was a let down! Our house keeping staff only came one day (the second one) to clean our room (we had a five night 6 day stay) and had to go to the front desk with dirty towels to ask for some clean ones. That wasn’t very nice. We would say housekeeping needs to come more often than one day if we are there more than 3 days.
