Been on the road for 3 weeks and this was the last night. I can safely say this was the worst by a long way. Corridors smell,!uncomfortable and cold room. Very poor bathroom, very basic breakfast, weak coffee. Evening staff fine, morning miserable. Think walls and noisy doors. Just absolute rubbish. Will not be returning!

Good value overnight stop on the way home from Italy. Family room was an unusual layout with twin beds in the room and a double on a mezzanine above the bathroom, reached by a ladder! Small bathroom, a bit tight for 3 adults sharing this room. Staff very helpful, all spoke English too.

Just an overnight stay. Didn't expect too much. Room is small. After checked in to the room and found out the bed was not made up. Went back to front desk and they quickly arranged another room. Staff is friendly. My kid loves the penthouse style which you need to climb up a ladder to get to the 3rd bed.

Poor service. Note reception closes at 6 PM and if you arrive later you need to call a not service minded manager, who makes fun of you before you get a code to get in. Reception supposed to open 8 AM, but no one there 8:15 when we had to leave to catch a ferry. Rooms as one can expect at a hostel.

Good value for one night. Room small but comfortable, with a cool loft for kids. Bathroom a bit dingy, but OK. Neighborhood OK as well, close to shopping and restaurants.

When I checked in, I was asked if I also wanted breakfast. I said yes and agreed to pay the additional charge. When I went to breakfast at 9:15, I was told that breakfast closed at 9 am. So, not only did I not get any breakfast, but I was (as I found out later on my credit card statement), actually charged for it. Incidentally, when I was told breakfast was no longer being served, the manager didn't have the courtesy to tell me that I was still being changed for it. What the management least could have done during check-in, was to warn me that breakfast is served only until 9 am and that would have prompted me to get going earlier. But as I was on holidays, and not expecting breakfast to stop at 9 am (!!!!), I missed out AND paid for it.

A good place to stop whilst crossing Europe, just off motorway, good price, a couple of restaurants nearby, and Mulhouse houses two great museums, the railway and the Bugatti, both very worthwhile.

we stayed at this hotel for one night, before flying back home. The hotel was farther from the airport than we anticipated (driving on small, rural roads) but it turned out to be a great place. We were welcomed by a very friendly and helpful staff who were happy to assist (for instance - we asked if there was hot water available at the hotel in the morning so we can grab a quick coffee before heading to the airport for an early flight) and they immediately offered to give us an electric kettle... The rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable. The one disappointment was finding out in the morning that they did not have a hair dryer... The hotel is situated in a charming little village and the price was very very reasonable, compared to other hotels in the Geneva region. Highly recommended!

I think this hotel is more suitable to backpackers but was comfortable enough for a stopover. rooms were clean but I think the carpet could do with replacing.

Stayed one night as a stopover on a drive across Europe. The place was near and functional, but the rooms were quite warm (no air con) and although you could open the windows it is on a fairly busy street. There is no elevator and it is multi storied, which was fine for us, but maybe a consideration for others.
