Great stay for the night

Great place to stay on a roadtrip!

The staff were very friendly and professional which sadly is rare these days. The room was clean and I was particularly pleased with the bathroom and refrigerator. The only negative was the elevator made a weird noise everytime we used it. I was worried it might stop working each time we got on it.

It was pleasant and staff was very helpful. We found our room and hotel to be clean when we arrived for our stay.

The bed was comfortable, the floors were dirty especially by the bed , kids were running up and down the hall at night

Had two rooms. Stayed one night. It was clean and convenient. Everything was as it should be.

I guess over all it was ok. We travel every 3 months to Birmingham for doctors appointments. This time this place was the cheapest in the area that I wanted to stay. The pool was small. The elevator was kind of scary. It was creaking noises every time we used it. Apparently only one elevator was working. The faucet in the bath tub was loose. Floor had not been mopped. Although the breakfast was good and a good variety of options.

Very clean and rooms were spacious

This was a very enjoyable stay. We were in town for my husband’s knee replacement surgery and the walk in shower with bench was perfect! The room was nice and clean and beds were pretty comfortable. The breakfast was huge and had everything you could think of (hot and cold). I highly recommend this hotel!

Was go good stay, for price expected just a little more but I guess inflation may play a role in price.

We choice Hampton Inn for their reputation for clean updated rooms and a hot breakfast as we headed home from a vacation.
