Room was clean and updated, plenty of towels soap ect. Most rooms are on first floor, parking in front of rooms.

It said 'colonial', and although it was an older property, i felt it was 'colonial' and in decent condition. I stayed on their upper floor, that was a plus for me since i don't like ground level stays.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Clean and well-maintained!” This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, the bathroom was sanitized, and the linens were fresh. You can tell they take cleanliness seriously. I also liked that it felt secure and peaceful at night. Would definitely stay again.

Check-in was easy and staff was friendly. Room was clean but the floor was a bit dirty. It didn’t affect our stay though. The bed was comfortable. The bedside lamps had usb plugs that didn’t work and there was limited space to plug in phone chargers in the extension cord. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool, opting for the beach instead. Check-out was easy as well. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Colonial Inn is a good budget friendly option for those not wanting to pay $150+ a night for a hotel. If looking for a simple place to sleep and shower that is well maintained and clean, this is a good choice. A bonus is there is a Dunkin, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Target, and many other stores very close to the Inn. Also it’s near the freeway and only a 10-15 minute drive to Providence. My only complaint based on two different interactions is the staff working the front desk could be more friendly.

The staff was very friendly. The room was beautiful, kitchenette with stove. Electric fireplace. Plenty of tv channels to entertain my daughter. The pool was great and clean. Will definitely be back.

Great for the price and just a cute little place

Friendly staff, immaculate room, convenient— and so nice not to be in a chain.

The basics were done well. The plugs weren't the most convenient and there wasn't a coffee maker but overall it was lovely in a reasonably convenient area if you drive.

This was a quaint little place and the hosts were lovely people and helped with one very small thing...something wasn't plugged in for me to charge my tech stuff. But, they moved furniture and fixed it very willingly with a smile. The reason for 4 stars is because when I arrived there were drunk people fighting in the parking lot. One of them turned out to be one of the employees. But, still a very nice place.
