A good clean hotel close to highway. Reception staff were very pleasent. Had a pay-as-you-go EV charger but it was out-of-service. No issue as there was a large Superstation 5 km away.

I return to Rivière Du Loup just to stay at the Quality Inn. The staff were outstanding, the room was nicely updated and very clean. The breakfast selection was one of the best I have ever seen.

Would have got higher rating except the man that checked us in bragged about the Chinese restaurant across the street. He said it was the best he ever had, fresh food and well prepared. Could not have been further from the truth (barely edible). I do not like being lied to so I would not recommend this place.

Nice breakfast and great staff…but pool is closed and the property appears to have been half renovated…and we stayed in the old half that smelled heavily of smoke.

The ONLY issue that I truly had was the pool was under maintenance and that was not noted on the website. I only ever book hotels with pools as that is a big part of my vacation. I was in a renovated room and it was nice. The beds were a bit firm for me but that is just a matter of preference. The poor front desk agent was inundated that day with customers like myself who were "disappointed" about the news. She did the best she could in the situation.

The breakfast wasnt tasty, but my main problem was both the chargers and the poil were not working; there was no amenities.

Budget hotel. Very tired and needs updating. Rooms were clean and comfy beds. Breakfast was fine exactly what you would expect. Staff were very friendly.
