The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was modern and lively, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is also convenient for exploring Banff and the surrounding nature. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would happily stay here again!

Funky vibe, fantastic lobby for lounging, eating, and enjoying a beverage. Pool and hot tub was perfect. Only downside would be the distance to downtown if walking is an issue. It's about a 20 minute walk.

While the property is situated on the main road a short distance from the center of town, it is only a quick four-minute drive away and well-supported by nearby bus stops. Its convenient proximity to Highway 1 also makes it a perfect jumping-off point for anyone planning to travel further afield.

Very fun hotel. The amenities are unlike any hotel I’ve stayed in. From the heated pool to the hot tub in the courtyard equipped with a fireplace and fire pits create a splendid atmosphere especially on a warmer winter evening in the mountains. Lobby with many games, live entertainment on the weekends to the funky food truck with delicious food. You won’t want to stay in your rooms. The rooms are very different, not my vibe. The mattresses are very hard and uncomfortable but the shower was amazing😎

Great place for families - lobby and rooms are thoughtful and fun. Hot tub/pool area is small but clean and simple. It is a good walk to the main shops but worth keeping on your list od good places to stay in Banff.

Excellent stay. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The vibe is so chill with games and great music in the lobby. The cocktails were great too. The bed was comfy and the room clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend.

No comparison to anything else. 1000% would chose this place again. Wouldn’t even bother looking elsewhere. Free cocktails, hottub, adorable room. Massive lounge. Had it all & it the best ways.

Very cool rooms and decor. We booked a suite which was well priced for what we had. We were able to get an early check in. The lobby vibes were fun where lots of people were gathering. Hot tubs were clean with lots of towels, all staff service and food were also great. A little far from the main area of Banff but not a big deal to walk 10-15 minutes to everything or take a short bus or cab.
