Shower door didn't close. No heating so room was freezing, woke up multiple times do to being cold. - thermostat didn't do anything.

The front desk staff were lovely and hard working. The room was SO quiet. I enjoyed my stay very much.

We would have given it an excellent, but the shower was small. The bathroom was tight for two people. The rest of the room was roomy. The staff was very supportive. The location can’t be beat!! The restaurant was very good.

Central location right across from the cathedral and restaurants. Checkin was easy- had issues getting our room code and parking code but it was easily resolved. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy. Only feedback are the flaw in shower drainage

Fantastic room and in walking distance to most things. Whole process is remote - you get a door code for your room - no reception or anything.

Caution about access ramp at second door. Very steep.

Excellent location across from the Cathedral and close to the City tour bus starting point. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the sloping ceiling in my room - I still have the bruises from my first night!

The biggest problem was the Chek in. Had to do it thru a camara and the workers they had available can't help you with anything.

I enjoyed this property, but check in was quite odd. They were to send me instructions before I arrived as to various codes, yet I received nothing. The concierge was only there limited hours, and had I missed her, I would not have been able to get into my room - so be aware of that before you book. It was easy access and easy to use the cathedral as a compass.

Nice clean hotel, staff were pleasant but we had minimal interaction. Didnt spend much time in hotel, but it was great location and excellent value.

Amazing central location right next to the bell tower and cathedral! Super easy check in and check out. No key cards (they text you your room code) so no need to worry about having it on you all the time. Room was very clean and bed super comfortable. Lovely towels and chocolates on the pillow. Bottle of water each provided free of charge. Really useful to be able to store our luggage in the luggage room on the last day as we had a late night flight.
