The bedding is out of date ( the mattresses , pillows, bedsheets need to be upgraded). The water in mineral pool is not clean enough ( needs to be change more often )

Hotel Thermal has an impeccable location. The room was clean, comfortable. The staff is professional, friendly. The wellness and the outdoor thermal pool are perfect. Tasty and varied food is a matter of course here. We will be happy to come back.

I liked how you have options to have room clean. One thing not all towels were left. I was missing wash cloth towels. My klinex paper not refilled.

This was a great hotel, excellent customer service, great breakfast options.. elevators were slow.. .but they do have stairs

The hotel has its own spa, saunas, and even a whole floor just for wellness to include consulting with a doctor. If you’ve booked the hotel try to get there early so you can access the pool and three free hours at the saunas during the night of your stay. Bring your hotel towels down for the pool but for the saunas grab a sheet. They do allow kids with adult supervision in the saunas but know that swimsuits/trunks are prohibited. There’s a few restaurants around the hotel along with a park right across the street. Definitely try out all the free thermal drinking fountains and just relax. It definitely is a very “spa like” town.

To stay at the hotel was extremely nice! The staff was very friendly, polite and highly motivated to make everything for comfortable staying. The room was clean and cozy and panoramic windows with sophisticating view on Karlovy Vary. The breakfast fresh and tasty with a fantastic variety of products. My 3 days vacation gave me such a good spa experience and washed all the stress and tiredness away!

+ Good experience overall: very good breakfast, wellness and spa included, room with a balcony, awesome attitude of the wellness and spa employee (woman) who went the extra mile to make our stay better, thank you - To improve: WiFi is not included in the price of a room (I have seen this in hostels but did not expect anything like this in a 4* hotel), I would also expect a more positive and welcoming attitude of the employees working at the reception / front desk, also a quick “where is what” info would be nice to hear during the check-in, parking payment automat did not work

Kind service at breakfast. Very convenient location. Standard breakfast. Only 2 out of 5 elevators are used for guests. Hotel is in reconstruction, but not too much noise.

Elevator were constantly not working and the SPA in the name does not really reflect a SPA, but one yakuzi and a 20m swimming pool and 3 saunas. For hotel that size it seems very small. Location and view are awesome!

The outside of the hotel looked old and intimidating but the inside changed our minds totally. The spacious lobby with comfort seating all around is nice. The room was functional except for the odd moths flying in should you leave the window open.

We stayed there for KVIFF, it was a good location. Our room was not like in **** hotel. Poor decor, smell in a toilet.... Thare are several levels of room, we had the comfort one.

The hotel is well located. We only stayed for one night, so it was ok for only one night. The construction looks out of place. The surrounding constructions are of a completely different style. This really looks like a comunist era building. That could be attractive to some, the furniture and the ambience is very original. I felt I was in a sort of theme hotel, soviet style and back some decades in time. We did not use the spa facilities or restaurant.

The hotel was within walking distance to most tourist sites. Unfortunately, the hotel staff was not very friendly. Upon check-in, we were turned away when trying to check in an hour early. We were told we could not even book a massage until we officially checked into our room. By that time, all of the massages were booked for the weekend. We did enjoy the indoor pool and the views from our balcony.

Overall, this hotel was disappointing. Upon arrival, there was no shampoo in the shower (bottle was empty), there is no shower curtain and the water is difficult to regulate the temperature. The hotel is in a good location and has a good breakfast buffet, however, it has the feel and look of the 80's cold war era. I would skip this one and choose a quaint hotel in town.

Perfect location in the city center, clean rooms, beautiful view from 14th floor room, very helpful and friendly staff at reception, wifi for free. Hotel has a bit old dated furniture. Also restaurant for breakfast was a bit dirty, they didn´t have time to clean tables properly (on the other hand, rooms were very clean!).
