Clean room, friendly staff, and ample parking. The room was too cold and offered no working temperature unit.

Elevator was broken wouldn’t let you use your key to get to room could only use left elevator and it was acting up too had to walk all the way to horshoe desk to figure this out! Coffee maker was broken and hot water would go cold instantly

Room was too hot was not able to adjust anything and the customer service was a joke. They would not move us or even help us said they couldn’t do anything to help it was so hot I was throwing up

It was clean with an easy check in and they even upgraded my room!

We had a good stay. The room and casino was clean. The staff was friendly and polite.

Friendly Front Desk staff. Clean and quiet room. Very convenient location, walking distance to most everything. Reasonable rates. We liked having a fridge and coffee maker as well.

Very Nice. One thing I noticed was there were no Hangers in the closet. Staff was very nice. The pillows were way to Puffy in size, smaller would feel better.

The rooms are severely outdated and the hotel is pretty dirty. You're better off booking a room at horseshoe, way better!

Place was terrible

Always a quiet stay and in the best location in black hawk for the price. Only limitations are the limited hours of the desk staff.

The hotel was clean the cleaning people were the best. The front desk people was awesome they greeted you as you walked by the desk. Only complaint I had with the hotel room was need some TLC repairs.
