You can catch the airport bus right in front of the hotel. Close to the old town, a lot of services around.

Room 308. Bolt lock on the door was broken. Safe box is NOT working.

The hotel gave us the old room of Sino Suite the first night while we booked the new room of Executive Suite for 3 nights. Luckily we were able to move to Executive Suite in 2nd and 3rd nights. The hotel said the order from a booking agent was unclear and the room sold out. The compensation was a free breakfast.

Would come back and recommend for someone who prefer to do a lot of activities when you go to Phuket.
