Staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is in the old Quebec part and walking distance from all attractions. There is a Nespresso and the bed was comfortable. The room was small but clean. Parking can be freaky with a large vehicle.

Great hotel... location was great, check-in was quick and very helpful finding dinner locations.... Big plus: 1.PARKING ON THE PREMISES,no walking blocks lugging your bags... 2. They have an ELEVATOR!!!! No climbing steps with your bags. 3. The women at the desk were very helpful... each night they suggested restaurants... Perfect choices...

It is a very nice hotel, in a good location for old Québec city, the room was very pleasant, the bed was comfortable, the bath plug didn't stay down and there was no kettle to make tea, there was a nice Nespresso coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was good, a nice buffet style, I would recommend the hotel.

The location was excellent and the rooms were very quiet too! The morning buffet (open from 7:00-10:00a.m.) was good and kept us full for a few hours while we explored the beauty of Old Quebec!

The hotel was perfect for our stay . We were 2 adults and 2young children. The room was perfect for us…plenty of room . There was a jacuzzi in the room also. First try to use it was a little confusing, but staff helped out with that promptly. The hotel is in a good location, close to everything we wanted to do in the Old City👍. Parking was in a garage which was just down the street and around the corner. Very close & convenient.

Excellent location. Folks need to be aware that there is no elevator for the loft. This was not clear to us when we arrived. The woman on the desk was quite helpful and lovely. This was not her fault and she moved us to another room with access to an elevator without making us feel that it was a lot of bother. This was much appreciated. A bit of a mixup as we wanted breakfast the next morning but it is required that you pre-book the night before. Understandable but we were not aware of that. Overall a nice experience and we would recommend.

The rooms are clean although they are a bit old. The rooms are relatively large and we had a comfortable stay. It also has a nice location, good walking distance from the places to see in the city.
