Did not have breakfast. Staff were extremely helpful and parking was good. Hotel is a bit dated.

Breakfast was great. Hotel parking was good. Staff was very friendly.

Everything was great except the temp control for the room. Had to ask reception on his to make it work and she said she can change it from heat to a/c from there, that didnt make sense to me but I was able to cool the room. Last night there it wouldnt work at all to cool down the room, we left early.

Very good value. Clean modern room. Great breakfast. All is spacious. Very quiet. Not a lot of dining options in the area.

Breakfast was awesome , cleanliness and facilities . If you are traveling with a pet , even if they are a Pet Friendly Hotel , you have to contact the hotel directly to verify if they have pet friendly rooms available . We were lucky they have one at the time of the check in , but indicating that on Expedia, was not enough .

The room was very clean, and the room service menu was excellent with fast service. We especially appreciated this after arriving late, having had to leave another nearby hotel due to there being no heat in our room. Despite not staying, that hotel still required payment, even though I was sick with walking pneumonia and needed a warm room to avoid becoming more ill.

The room and location was perfect for our stay ! Very clean and had great amenities!

Great WiFi service, the hotel situates by the gates inside of the walls! Easy access to everything! Friendly people ! Great food and excellent cheap wine!!!

Good breakfast, friendly staff and well situated to visit things we were interested in.

Everything was great except the service in the restaurant for dinner. We were the only ones in there and it was very slow.

Arrived 2:00 for check in but rooms were not ready. Went out and got food and by the time we got back the rooms were ready. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Was very hot in Badajoz but the AC was ice cold and we were relieved. We opted for breakfast in the morning and were pleased with the offerings. There’s free parking on the street but fills up quick and it’s hard to find a spot. We opted to park in the garage which worked out great.

It was clean, cool and calm and what looked to be a recently updated decor, which was beautiful. The bathroom was very well equipped with toiletries.

The property was very nice, as was the staff. The area around the hotel was quite nice, including a park across the street.

Clean room near a park with peacocks. Walking distance to historic sites. We enjoyed the excellent breakfast.
