Pool was fun and breakfast was delicious!

Very helpful staff and clean room

Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. The carpets were gross. Especially in our room, but seemingly everywhere. They were damp and smelly. I leaned my hand on the floor in my room and my hands smelled so bad afterwards that I had to wash them. The Jacuzzi tub in the room was nice and clean. They have us a cot, but the mattress was very old and uncomfortable. You could feel the springs

Great place to stay especially for family with kids. There is a great pool with a slide, hours of fun. The upper floors are clean and very comfortable. I found the rooms in the lower floor damp. We enjoyed the free breakfast of eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereal, bagels, pastries, yogurt, boiled egg and unlimited beverages including Americano, latte and hot chocolate. My only suggestion is to offer internet TV so families can enjoy family movie nights with the kids via Disney, Netflix or Amazon. This would make the experience even better! By the location is 1 hr away from PEI and Hopewell rocks. It was a great stop over to other provinces.

The people were helpful and accommodating to all. Breakfast was good and the facility was average. Replacing carpets would help to improve the overall look and cleanliness/smell of the rooms. Overall a nice place to stay.

Excellent staff and nice rooms.

Our room was clean, we had 2 queen beds and a hot tub. Breakfast was excellent! It had everything: scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, toast and bagels, pancakes, fruits, coffee, juice, etc.. The pool area was clean, perfect for little and big kids. Staff was very nice and welcoming! Thanks for the great stay!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom sink in room 325 needs to be replaced. The sink itself was cracked and the drain did not run freely - in order to brush your teeth, you had to rinse and drain the sink about four times .

Nice, fresh breakfast. Fitness room limited and small. Over all, interior color was a bit dark….lighten it up a bit

Clean

As mentioned previously to staff i had the shower head break off and hit me in the head. The coffee maker has no outlet. The outlets were full. Also the tv settings were all messed up and not connected. Was offered gummy candy and ice cream. Then to clmplete evwrything mt charge for one room was 2497$. They messed up my recipt.

Nice hotel and close to the airport

The hotel staff in the afternoon was a mess. She was very unfriendly, and it was obvious she does not want to work. On the other hand, the staff member with short hair was very kind and helpful. The pool was good to play for young child.

Always enjoy our stay

We stayed near the airport due to weather issues. The hotel was fine, nothing spectacular, exactly what we needed from an airport hotel. The staff were excellent. And it was so nice when we arrived really late and there was a shelf where we could buy snacks. The waterslide was a big hit the next morning. Based on her reports, it was an amazing waterslide.
