Wonderful hotel, helpful staff and very spacious rooms. Had a leak in our shower during the stay and it was fixed within a couple of hours. Can’t fault the service

Great location walking distance to everything including Gothic City and Gaudi houses. Subway is a breeze to take. Hotel seems new, nicely designed and very nice staff.

First time in Spain. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean, safe, able to walk to hop on bus stops a few blocks away. Would stay again.

Excellent stay at the H10 Casanova! Rooms were immaculate, and staff was wonderful. Bathroom was big and we had a nice little balcony that overlooked the street. Even though we were on a main street, the room was quiet when the windows were closed. Responsive heating and air conditioning so we were never too hot or too cold! Rooms are 'standard' size for a downtown Barcelona hotel - good size for a couple; might be tight if you're a family of 3 or 4. About a 10-15-minute walk to Las Ramblas, but the stroll there is pleasant too! Across the street there is a really nice place to get breakfast and plenty of grocery/convenience stores to stock up on supplies! The sparkling wine on check in was a really nice touch. Looking forward to staying here again on our next trip!

Fantastic welcome at this well appointed hotel. Room was very comfortable and the bathroom luxurious. The location is great for walking to a good choice of restaurants and bars.

Room 215. I was checked in when they knew the air conditioning was already broken in our room. It was extremely poor management decisions. The room temp was 83 degrees. It remained broken our second night. We checked out after that. Checked out at 5 am April 2nd and told the gentlemen the issue. He handed me a business card and said email them. Stay away from this hotel. Management and operational issues are terrible.

Pricing should be varied for breakfast

Employees were friendly and helpful. Very nice hotel. Right on Metro and bus routes. Great location. Will stay here again!

Wi Fi was not the best

Clean room. Great air conditioning. Good balcony and view. Clean sheets. There was a moldy odor coming from the bathroom, unfortunately, which was a bit distracting. If not for that, it would have been a great room.

Great location and whilst we only used the hotel as somewhere to sleep and had the occassional beer - it more than suited our needs.

Some nice cafes and bars nearby. Small convenience stores next door. Easy walk into the centre, and close to the metro to go further afield.
