Very close to obelisk and Florida street! Can walk to most of the attractions

A great hotel in the middle of everything in dowtown Buenos Aires. Front desk very good. Room was super nice, nice bed.

The building was under construction, it smelled like paint, was dusty and the noise of construction work was going on all day. Impossible to rest during the day.

Great hotel, can’t beat the location. The only complaint I had was the wifi. Be sure to download shows before going. I wanted to stream content not available in my country but there was so much loading in between. The staff are fantastic always ready to answer questions. There are lil markets, convenience store and many restaurants within 5mins of the hotel, the park across the street is awesome. The subway line it’s on takes you right to Palermo, walking distance to the Cathedral and Plaza de Mayo, walk straight on Viamonte and you can get to the waterfront, 15mins from AEP. Download Cabify instead of uber, sooo much faster!

I had a great stay in Up Viamonte. My bed was super comfortable , big. Great location, front desk is friendly. Breakfast next to it was good . Rooms come with small refri,.microwave, small table

Muy conveniente hotel y el cuarto estilo apartamento esta super espacioso y suplido con lo necesario.

We had a triple room. It felt like we were in a basement as the window looked out to a close cement wall so the room lacked natural light. The doors and walls were dirty and the room really needed upkeep. Other than that, the room was clean, it had a fridge, microwave and safe so that was nice. Both beds were all in one room, which didn’t look like the photo on the website. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast room and breakfast was very nice. Location was close to Teatro Colon.

Mostly good. Some small problems such as conditioner bottle does not work.

The hotel was conveniently located and the front desk staff was very attentive even though their ability to resolve certain issues was limited. The hotel's 9th floor had construction happening 8:15 am until 5 so if noise is an issue for you during those hours, stay on the 6th floor or lower. The rooms are also very inconsistently outfitted with AC units and places to store your belongings so be picky with room assignment.

Lighting insufficient to light up the area near the TV/desk area. The washroom basin, faucets, tub are old & need to be replaced. Need re-grouting. Insufficient elec receptacle in the room.
