the staff were really friendly the room was lovely and the therme spa was a real surprise for a hotel

Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Virtually all spoke English. The breakfast was bountiful. We also had lunch and dinners there. Great salad Mista, pasta, and fresh fish. They do not have air-conditioning until mid June and we were there in May during a heat wave, but they were very prompt and helpful providing us with a fan. Views are spectacular!

The suite was gorgeous. The thermal pools were delightful as was the staff. The dinner was delicious and so was breakfast. We loved walking down to the ocean and swimming off the dock. The views were incredible!

Gorgeous views from the property. There are two restaurants on the site, one is inside and one outside. The menu is great, and the services is amazing. The outside swimming pool has thermal water which is naturally warm. There is thermal spa on site with another swimming pool inside is case of rainy weather. The hotel is located high above the sea level. If you feel like swimming in the sea, you will need to go down 270 steps and go up 270 steps. The hotel offers shuttle services to Porto/ downtown shopping. Staff is very professional and courteous. A few minor inconveniences: safe in the room didn't work and our room was on the upper floor with 40 steps up the stairs. If you have any difficulties with doing stairs, make sure to call in advance and request a room on a lower level.

The view made up for the slight discrepancies. An excellent pool area and beach dock with crystal clear waters. The thermal spa is a must and useful if the weather is not to good. There is a heated indoor pool, a cold shallow pool, steam room and jacuzzi. The room itself was a little tired. Curtains pulled off the railing, doors scratched and the bedside, with a bulb not working and french doors difficult to open. Both were mentioned to the front desk but were never fixed. There is no body lotion in the bathroom but there was soap and shampoo. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful but often we felt forgotten at breakfast when being asked for drinks or clearing the table.

It is an older property. The air conditioning was not working to capacity while we were there. Our room was VERY HOT. We complained and were told we would be moved to another room (twice) and then were told, both times, that the air conditioning had been repaired by their tech. The first night we were moved to a room with air. The 2nd night, we were told the air was fixed. The room was still hot.

Beautiful location and friendly warm staff

The hotel and staff were wonderful; gorgeous pool inside and outside. The only negative I have is I wish there was an elevator to go to the beach. It's not easy to walk up 200 stairs.

We had a wonderful time at Le Querce. The staff was helpful and friendly, the property was beautiful, and we were upgraded to a better room upon arrival. We would definitely come again!

Met our expectations

It was great view to the sea, delicious food, very good resort in every level.

Beautiful property, front desk staff were very helpful, shuttle to town was handy but would have been nice if more frequent trips. Property has it's own beach but be aware that there are about 200 steps to get there.

This will be my new vacation spot when I come to Ischia. I absolutely love this resort. The rooms are spacious with Italian charm. And I love that they have an on-site restaurant and bar with a view of the sea that is breathtaking. The staff is professional, courteous, and helpful.

The hotel was exceptional. The staff was polite, professional and attentive. The pools were were wonderful even in cooler weather and the breakfast was perfect. I would highly recommend this property
