Great location! Comfortable beds! Clean rooms!

Really convenient hotel. Staff was really helpful. Parking is somewhat difficult but it works. Close to several restaurants and pubs. Elevator worked.

Room was good for the price. However the wifi didn’t work on the room(it was the small cosy room behind the lift so that’s understandable but maybe you should say on the website that wifi doesn’t work in these rooms. Great breakfast. Altogether good value. Outside facade is off putting but inside has been renovated well .

Elevator was down for repairs. 4 flights is a lot for an 83 year old

Wouldn’t waste money going here.it was dirty, smelly and falling apart.when reported to staff they couldn’t care less.managment have not got back to me regarding my complaint and refund.

The room was overall clean but tiny. The textile panels behind the bed were stained. Staff was specifically asked about a food item being vegan and I got the answer "no meats", which, yes that is one aspect of it but also not enough. I expect staff to know what this means and to answer it either fully (that is, list of ingredients) or without confusing details. The lift and hallways were tiny and you had to cram through, especially challenging if you're wider than a water bottle.

Nice hotel with excellent breakfast buffet.

First time staying there and wont be the last could do with a mirror next to the hair dryer,other than than that excellent can fault anything,how can you improve on perfection,keep up the good work 10 out of 10

This hotel is in an awesome location. Unfortunately, there are a lot of stairs to get into the hotel. Then we found out that the lift was broken. We lugged our bags up many floors. Parking was also an issue. It’s advertised as being available but when we got there it was full. We were told to find parking elsewhere which was extremely hard to find. The breakfast was sufficient.

The hotel is functional, a bit dated looking from the outside, better inside but the shower in our room was not fit for purpose. Decent food but the menu is very limited. Parking is virtually non existent but the street parking is free after 6pm until 9am.

No parking to speak of. The lift, or elevator was down with a sign saying it was out of commission due to "preventive maintenance." This is B.S., preventive maintenence includes cleaning and/or lubricating parts and usually takes less than an hour. The elevator had been down for several weeks. Everything about this hotel was old and worn-out. Will not stay there again.

We came to our room, there was no lights, something was broken. They changed our room to a smaller one on a higher floor with no elevator (broken) We found some random panties and socks inside the bathroom drawers. Not good.

Parking a big problem if you are keaving a car during the day. Very comfortable bed, iffy shower. Stafffriendly and helpful

The reception area does not answer their phone after 6p. The evening shift person at the desk was preoccupied and gave little to no direction to find you room. The rooms were very small and older.

Just back home from a two night stay , for a friends wedding me and my fiancé had an excellent stay , glori at the front desk was brilliant , she was very attentive and was great throughout our trip would highly recommend this hotel on the staff alone ,

Beautifully renovated hotel in a great location. Easy walk to shops, restaurants,train station and ferry terminal. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was good but not very warm

Quiet comfortable hotel with all staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was as expected for a hotel buffet.

They have parking, but it’s mostly two/three cars. Luckily there is free street parking all over after 18/18.30. Good breakfast and nice staff

The hotel is in a fantastic location. It is extremely handy for accessing all the main amenities in the town. It has fantastic views looking out to sea. My room was very comfortable, the food in the restaurant was good and the staff were all very helpful.
