The room is very spacious and the location is close to the main road and Pratunam Market, although it is not soundproof, there are drinks in the lobby.

All good. The room and location were perfect. We got everything we needed. Note to Hotel: My denim jacket was left in the room. No hotel employee told us or reminded us. So please help me keep it, I will come back soon to take it 🙏🏽

Nice hotel, it has a comfortable room, but the hallways are so dirty. I think the hotel needs more elevators, the queue is sooo long, when I want to go to the lobby from my room, I need to go up first😄

The location of this hotel is superb and convenient to many shopping places in Bangkok. They even provide free shuttle van to some nearby malls like Siam Paragon, Central World and BTS station. The room was spacious and clean, provided complimentary mineral water and snacks in room and at lobby. There is a 7-11 just beside the hotel and accessible using the side entrance of the hotel. The only downside was the ongoing construction on the main road just outside the hotel and can cause disturbance to light sleepers, but they provide ear plugs to overcome that. The traffic in the Pratunam area can be congested during weekdays rush hours, so plan your trip or use the BTS as much as possible.

The bed sheets in the bedroom hadn't been changed from the previous guest because they had red lipstick or something on them. There was no privacy in the bathroom... one of the doors couldn't be locked.
